The lady who checked us in was friendly

Very tired facilities. Bathroom not clean. Staff unable to give 2 working keys. We had to go back about 4 times to get them. Worse, they added 20€ to the final bill and helped themselves to undue fees. They said it was a mistake and they would refund but after 8 days they still have not.

Draps sales, chauffage qui ne chauffe pas il a fait froid, obligé de demander une couverture. Le frigo on dirait une machine à laver (trop de bruit). Ils disent que c'est plus appartcity mais il y a les mêmes problèmes qu'Appartcity. Une nuit horrible plus jamais je mettrai mon argent dans ce genre d'hôtel. Je ne recommande pas.

Staff member who greeted us was very pleasant. The room was tired but clean.

Hard to find. We drove around for an hour trying to find them. There is NO sign on the building at all. Not what you're expecting when you're looking for rental apartments. Number 68 is on the fence in small numbers but they are very hard to see at night. Large illuminated numbers would be a bare minimum to help guests find the place. The phone number we had was a switchboard that was only manned during buisiness hours. A VERY frustrating end to a VERY frustrating day with motorway closures due to farmers striking for a better deal.

L'ensemble de l'Apparthotel est très bien. L'accueil, les chambres, la possibilité de pouvoir stationner au sein même de l'établissement est un sérieux atout. J'y reviendrai peut-être mais...

Mais, il se trouve que deux prélèvement de stationnement de 34.00 euros m'ont été débité lors de mon arrivée. J'en ai référé à l'accueil dès que j'en suis rendu compte via l'application sur mon portable. Rien de la part de la responsable de l'établissement, pas même un mot d'excuse pour le dérangement. J'attends toujours mon remboursement car la situation n'a que trop duré.

It was full of immigrants awaiting processing. Burnt out bus at the gate to the reception. No mattress protectors No pillow cases ( pillows wrapped in sheets)

The smell of stale cigarettes as soon as you walked in. There was no kettle or coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Yet it had frypan and saucepan etc.

I chose the location because it was close to where I needed to be. Not gonna come here again if I can help it.

Check-in was plain. Not much information. Receptionist did not speak too much English, and was as quiet as ever. Only gave us the card and that is it. No guide about breakfast, no guide about the facilities, nothing. Room was good to sleep in just enough to not have the rain over your head. Balcony door did not close properly. No instructions to work the heating thermostat. No instructions to operate the heating radiator that was on the wall. No cups in the room. No complimentary tea or anything. Bathroom big as a room but shower as small as it could be. Bathroom was heated by default, room was not. Breakfast was basic. This is just basic accommodation. Could have been much better for the price. 240 Euros for 3 nights with breakfast.

the place is not the cleanest and very far away from everything. I had to take two trains and one bus.
