A very nicely presented property in a great beachside location. Rooms are more in the traditional style. Breakfast was great and the staff extremely obliging

Nothing in particular. The beds while comfy were a little firmer than we are use to.

my booking was for a large double bed, but we got allocated 2 single beds. We also asked for a ground floor room due to mobility issues, but were given a 2nd floor room up very steep stairs.

Dated. the resort has been there a long time and furnishing inside seems quite old. the breakfast spread is very limited and just ok.

I book for triple primimum room but they give me small single room with 3 bed, what the logic in that? And when I try to cancel they told we get full money. Staff don't know anything about anything. Hotel name is different in booking.com and no one knows that name in anywhere. It's took 3 hours to find room I ask each and every hotel in that area. Bugs are everywhere in room.

The name of the hotel is not beach front hotel so at 2am with taxi organized by booking .com we could not find or google hotel it took till 4 am to find which made for a tricky start to a holiday .

Loved the beautiful garden settings and verandahs on the ground floor units.

It was all very good. Perhaps the restaurant menu could have been better. I would have liked an extra two pillows.

The hotel was catering tobig group bookings many peiple to one room washing everywhere ,kids runing and screaming everywhere just no peace even had dogsvstaying in the rooms yapping all night,we left beforvourvdates were up

Breakfast was ok but very minimal, not a large selection, however the advantage for Villa Shanti is its central location and the the access to the beach behind, the pool facility was a great place to relax and partake in a few cool Bintangs.

Facility is aged and is the old style Bali Hotel accommodation, but it is still reasonable, rooms have some minor maintenancne issue's particularly in the wet areas, like leaking sinks and poor water flow through the shower.
