Loved our room with a pool, great layout and well equiped. The breakfast offered plenty of choices and the tree house bar is a great place to have a cocktail at the end of the day

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, rooms are lovely. Great location, pool overlooking the beach. There really wasn’t anything to dislike.

Sun beds were stained, surprising as the rest of the hotel is immaculate.

The room had a really damp smell as well as a rat living on the patio, but then we were by the lagoon so maybe it’s expected. it was a shame we were woken very early every morning with the gardeners and people cleaning the lagoons. I understand it’s better for them to do it early morning but not for me on holiday

Generally nothing much. I thought the painting in the entrance lobby was very not in line with the rest of the resort vibe but overall great!

Staying at Maya Sanur confirmed the top notch qualities of the chain itself. Just like the other Maya at Ubud, this property in Sanur continues the Maya legacy, providing the best quality accommodation at the best locations in Bali. Breakfast is to die for with great healthy menu selections and other luxurious menus.

Loved the location, the pool at our balcony. Great for kids to chill while we are busy with baby. Kids activities (sand play area) was a hit with our 4 year old. Beach just a few minutes away, which is awesome. Lots of work gone into maintaining the pool (at our room) every morning, kudos to all the staff! There are security staff at the beach entrance which makes us feel safe, especially when we have kids. Service was great, at the Cafe or the housekeeping. Appreciate our housekeeper, Asmikah, who cleaned our room for the 5 days. He provided what we needed and was attentive to our needs with kids. Cafe staff were friendly and attentive. Great to have daily live music by different bands at the Tree Bar. Great quality music. Room size was great for our family. We loved the huge toilet (2 basins) and wonderful bathtub. Needless to say, it was a hit with the kids. There are blinds which can be pulled down or up. We could monitor our daughter while she played in the bathtub or the baby (on the bed) while we were cleaning up in the bathroom. Overall great stay, would love to come back!

The sofa chair in the room could have been dirty? Our daughter slept there for 5 nights and got bitten on her hands/legs at the end of our trip. The rest of us who slept on the beds were fine. Other than that, everything else was neat and clean!

the Spa for massage was really very good. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had to ask for my room to be cleaned on two days. so maybe their systems need a review. For dinner maybe a special could be offered in the evening for dinner
