Great hotel, beautiful location, i went for a wedding had a lovely weekend relaxing and enjoying the wedding, breakfast was yummy service was excellent

What a lovely place! Would love to come back & do a spa day at some point as it looked really good. Staff were pleasant, our room was spacious & clean & the amenities in the room we spot on too. Can't fault this place - we'll be back!

Nothing to complain about. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that, though we did think that £14 each for breakfast was steep - so we stopped for Sunday roast at a lovely pub on the way home, which we thought was better value for money.

Hotel: lovely location / decor. Friendly helpful staff. Room: Good large room, comfortable bed, quiet dark rooms for sleep (I am a light sleeper). Lovely large bathroom, brilliant towels and spotlessly clean!

Nothing. We stayed at Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village for 1 night, as a stopover when visiting for Lytham Festival. We didn’t get chance to use any of the hotel facilities but all looked lovely.

From the moment i checked in the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and this resinated to restaurant staff and the spa, i was very well looked after and before i left i was already planning my next visit. Thank you all 5*++++

Room was lovely and clean very comfy bed. ALL staff were very friendly. Breakfast service was great food was delicious.

Didn’t like the noisy fridge in room 1010.

it’s a beautiful hotel with lovely staff

Loved the whole experience, especially the aqua thermal journey. Staff couldn't do enough for us. The food as usual was lovely, overall a great birthday treat.

Robes and slippers too small, were changed immediately, but would have been nice if they were in room to begin with.

Food was absolutely excellent - compliments to your excellent chefs. We came for spa and night away and amazing food was a bonus! Spa was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. Room was comfortable and cosy. Lovely Elemis products to use in spa showers and room bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bacon at breakfast looked a funny colour ? been cooked a while. The entrance to the whole place looked very dated and had me worried - however on walking into hotel itself was pleasantly surprised thankfully! Nicer coffee/tea in room would have been welcome

The breakfast was gorgeous 10 out of 10 service was excellent. Surrounds were nice felt luxury

We felt we were miss sold as we were sold part of a spa package for a higher price. We weren't able to book an evening meal and this wasnt told to us in advance upon booking
