The size of the property was vast. The while apartment was comfortable.

The bedrooms without walls was a bit odd, and meant the sitting area couldn't be used without disturbing those sleeping in those beds due to lighting, TV etc. The baking trays could not be used as they were in such a bad condition, but got by using the glass dish.

The apartment was in a good location. Plenty of parking available and close to tram stops. The living area was good, with TV, kitchen area and dining table.

Although we enjoyed our stay, the apartment is in need of some TLC. The main bathroom needs to be upgraded, and there was an issue with the drains smelling and the power of the shower was low. Double glazing needs to be addressed too.

Rooms were big and spacious

Smelled of cigarette from entrance and it’s your asthmatic and have to climb those stairs with that smell you would need your inhaler immediately. Also there was simple things missing like washing liquid overall it was good

Large apartment with lots of space and perfect location. Any queries were answered quickly.

The building was quite run down

What a lovely place too stay 2mins away from tram stop ,lovely balcony had breakfast on there both day a very large apartment the only thing which we couldn't grasp was the modern key pads to enter building bring back a key so much easya or it's just our age lovely apartment

The apartment was lovely situated just around the corner from pleasure Beach, very clean and the kids loved the open plan kitchen dinning room living room, great little park over the road with a café and the tram was just over the road aswell nice and easy to access everywhere that we went, we will definitely be staying here again next year.

My flat door wouldn't lock so every time I went out I had to leave it open.

Smell coming from 1 of rooms when toilet was flushed & iron burns all on carpets.

Beds weren't especially comfortable, bathroom was a bit grubby and the carpet to the kitchen had come away and carpet gripper was exposed, caught my foot on it twice

It was a bit on the cold side, they left heaters but took a long time to warm up. It also didn’t have a corkscrew so had to go way out of our way to buy one

The area was close to local amenities.

It was absolutely freezing when we arrived and the heating wasn't on. Bearing in mind it was one of the coldest days of the year it would have been nice if the owners could have put it on for us. We had trouble getting it to work until I noticed the pressure bar was on zero. This solved the problem but still going off when the pressure dropped throughout the weekend. At this point my little boy was so cold and blankets didn't suffice. (He was really ill and needed antibiotics when we got home.) -The lift wasn't in use, just full of junk and linen. We were on the top floor and I was heavily pregnant. -The blinds didn't fit windows and several were broken, ergo adding to the cold and draughts in the apartment. - The carpet was loose and got stuck under the door leading to hallway from lounge, extremely dangerous. - Broken furniture, marked furniture, burn-marks to carpets, junk in cupboards, shelves missing from fridge, a toilet came away from the floor. - Police banging/breaking down a door in an apartment downstairs and asking us about a stolen bike. - Difficult to enter our apartment with code. - But poor security downstairs, can walk straight in. - Poor lighting in communal areas.

The location for us was perfect, the weather was sunny so made best use of the balcony. The apartment was perfect, well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The large bed was very comfy.

The TV signal was weak and the windows could do with a clean on the outside but neither of these affected our stay
