The staff are brilliant, really can’t do enough for you. Nice clean rooms and lovely breakfast. Will be booking to stay here again for sure.

I used the ladies bathroom during the evening cabaret, well after 11.00 pm. I came out of the cubicle to be confronted by a male member of the hotel team 'doing a check'. A MALE member checking the toilets so late at night, while a lone female was in there, without knocking the door or without prior warning was extremely wrong and dangerous. They MUST take into account that this could have been a trigger for anyone who has previously been a victim in traumatic situations. I then came out of the bathroom to be met by 3 other colleagues (!) who 'joked' that he was having a sex change. This needs to be investigated to ensure everyone's physical AND mental safety is paramount.

The bed, it was not good sleeping at all it was like surfing the mattress was moving, so I had a look and found they had put a piece of board under mattress on top of base.

Great location, Food was excellent, comfortable beds, entertainment every night.

Room was warm so opened the window, unfortunately so did every1 else, so there was rooms around us on each side and down the sides, we was in middle, so it was abit noisey 1st thing in morning n last thing at night, air con could be the answer. This is the ONLY negative I can say about this hotel however,we only had a standard room though.

Loction was ideal for our purpose. Breakfast was very nice.

Great location hotel very clean staff excellent

The location was great for seafront access. The room was comfortable with the usual amenities and the staff on reception were fabulous. We were only there one night but it was very good. Parking on the street only but we were lucky to find a spot directly outside - we arrived late (4pm) so didn't have to pay as we left before 9am.

food was excellent staff were brilliant location was ok entertainment was really good room was a little on the small size for a standard double room but ok family all enjoyed stay we will return in the future

the lift takes quite a while to arrive very slow
