The design and attitude of staff, especially at checking and checkout

Good location Peaceful and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and check in and check out very smooth.

The hot water supply in our room not good. Cleanliness could be better. They handed us a complimentary slice of cake as soon as we finished breakfast right before checking out. Not much one can do with it at that point of time. For future guests, maybe leaving it in the room on day 1maybe a better idea.

Food...very good taste and preparation

Bathroom size.. also the balcony has a wall so from the room you cannot see the view .. it was the major let down . Also no kids room

Power was cut 4 times during the night. When I called for room service the person answered didn’t know anything and I had to wait for 15 mins to just place my order which was club sandwich not even anything special, just for basic stuff. For this price I could have stayed in any nice property in Chandigarh. Even in 3 star hotels they have decent power backup. Should have given my money back for this horrible experience.

Good location

Spa services were mediocre and the staff seemed to rush you out. I was sitting in the sauna for less than 10 minutes and the staff kept coming and asking me if I was done. It made me uncomfortable so I left. I feel the massages and facials I received were from a beginner, they also didn’t steam your face to open your pores. There was no pillow for your neck to support it, also, they should have a pillow to go under your knees while laying on your back to prevent your back from hurting. Also had a discrepancy about our bill that the staff dismissed our concerns about and wouldn’t even discuss it because we “signed” for the service. I definitely feel like I got taken advantage of because I was from America. Will not be returning to this hotel on my next trip.
