second floor no lift. poor cleanliness. pathetic staff (tried to defame me just for having him open the door for taking Zomato deliveries) specifically at night duty. not up to the standards of oyo .

Location was in centre of City which made our work very convenient. Superb connectivity. All the goto places are nearby. Since we had checked out our room in the morning and had connecting train late in the evening, they agreed to keep our luggage in a common area while we were out exploring the city.

1. We had informed that we will be checking in late night around 3AM(train reaching time). Upon reaching, the staff had a very cold behaviour making very obvious that we had disturbed them. 2. Hotel was on 2nd floor. And we(me, my 52 years old mom and my wife) had to carry our luggage all the way up at 3 AM after undergoing a long train journey 3. Fan regulator was broken. And AC remote was nowhere to be found. And the hotel staff had made obvious of not disturbing them any further. 4. Bathroom door knob was broken and could not be latched close. It was very awkward for each one of us while using it. 5. I was travelling with two ladies. Despite knowing this, we were given the room right in front of the hotel reception. For the entire day, we had to keep ensuring the curtains(dirty) were at their place to avoid people seeing right through.
