Had the wow factor I was after. In comparison to other hotels we drove past this was a Lovely hotel and breakfast was great with lots of variety. Only stopped one night as it was a stop over after late flight.

We reached at night around 11 pm. We hired 3 rooms. Aircon wasn’t working properly for three rooms and one of room phone was not working . Shower was in tubs and tubs were filthy. If I can send you some videos. Not enough light in the rooms. Then in mid night they shift us on 3rd floor where aircons were working at list . We were all very very tired and next day our flight was 6.45 am. We had to leave 4 am from hotel. We couldn’t get sleep properly even. Also one man from next door was drunk with beer bottle in his hand without clothes was making us uncomfortable and kept knocking our doors. Please update all these things. Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich! Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut.

Die Umgebung ist nicht so schön, das Hotel eigentlich sich allerdings sehr gut als Airport Hotel für eine Übernachtung. Zunächst haben wir ein Zimmer neben einem Veranstaltungsraum bekommen, dort war es sehr laut. Nach Absprache mit der Rezeption haben wir allerdings sofort ein anderes Zimmer erhalten.

I like the rooms ambience as well the staff behavior.

I think they could add a gaming sort of room where people can play different sort of games and chill

Poor management and door lock system. Door lock’s not working, shower was not work well and body wash bottle placed in washroom is empty

Ambience is good, lavish lobby and courteous staff. Good breakfast spread.

The rooms are dated and need to be done with minor repairs .

location not clean the ac filter was dirty was not checked before the shower was not working all these have to be checked before assigning the room
