Restaurant was amazing with lots of options, pools were great also but the water was a little cold, animation programs were really nice both me and my husbund and our young kids had a really great time here.

Maybe some heated pools, for small kids, and the beach could do with a bit more cleaning and better maintaining. (lots of seaweed)

This is our 3rd year coming to White Lagoon. The rooms are nice, the view is perfect, the food is good and the Staff was ok. Also the pools and the facilities are very nice

As I've said this is my 3rd year coming here with my family and I've noticed that the quality of the staff is declining. At the restaurant there was a waiter which was mad and kept slamming the plates. Also the cleaning of the rooms happened at 3,4 days. The quality of this complex is slowly declining but the overall experience is still nice.

White Lagoon is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. It is situated on a large surface, with many spots which offer a spectacular view of the sea coast. Even though you travel only with your partner or with the kids too, you will find something to do and to enjoy for each of you. You benefit from many facilities and activities, the stuff is kind, friendly and smiling. All pools are extremely clean and well maintained. For kids, there are two areas with water slides (so much fun!) and for adults, there are two infinity pools, with a quiet area and a breathtaking panorama. I strongly recommend to spend some time there! Also, we were impressed with the food - the restaurant offers a generous time interval and enough tables for all tourists. You can choose from a wide range of meals, all delicious and tasty. There are lots of activities, both for kids and adults, such as Zumba, Stretching, Karaoke, different shows and parties. The parking and the sun beds are for free. We would definitely come back soon!

It might require a bit renovation. The beach is not the best because the sand isn’t the finest, but the sun beds are for free and you can enjoy the beach bar open until late at night.

Even the Resort was close to the maximum capacity,on swimming pools area wasn't crowded at all. In the restaurant you have many dishes for all tastes.

An indoor pool is missing.

A dream location, spacious rooms, wonderful swimming pools, cleanliness, very good food, friendly staff. We come back every time with pleasure.

The only thing I really didn't like it is around the pools had some insects which bite you.It was very annoying.

Hotel is ok except bathrooms : the shower has mold, there is no drain in the floor, the water was leaking out from the shower so you get a small pond in the bathroom.

Absolutely gorgeous everything. Very nice staff, impeccable cleanliness, extremely spacious room, absolute peace and relaxation, very good location, gorgeous pools, great food, free underground parking. What I liked the most is that there is no crowding anywhere, as the resort is so big, it is impossible for it to crowd somewhere...this was a sensational thing for us, because we can't stand congestion and overcrowding. It was absolutely perfect! We will be back soon :)

Great place for a familly. We have a toddler that loved all the pools with low water. The food was ok, we had options.

It would be great to have some kind of paper/map of the place. It was a bit tricky to find things like the gym etc.

The attitude of the beach bar personnel,should be much more polite.
