Clean, comfortable, hot water.

Couldn't connect to the internet.

They allowed my dog. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Cozy restaurant on site with decent breakfast.

VERY far from the airport (30-40 minutes drive), they charged extra for my dog, it was right on the highway (noisy), black mold in the bathroom, we were given a small, dark, 2 bed room (instead of the large, bright 3 bed family room that we booked and was shown online), room wasn't sound-proof which made it unpleasant as there were very noisy guests (children running and screaming + loud TV) and staff would not tell them to be quiet.

Beds are hard as rocks

Always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Any issues are corrected immediately.The value is great.

Bedding is uncomfortable as with any hotel in Mexico. Should consider pillow top. No covers available.

The security of the hotel I was able to park my rental car safely.

The mattress was firm and the room didn’t include a mini fridge at least and when we travel with kids we need to keep their milk or drink cold.

The stance was good, clean and friendly staff. The bed was good and the rooms were spacious.

The only detail, there was no "Do not disturb" sign available for rooms.

Food in the restaurant was good. Very nice waiter. Shopping at the Tonala Artisan area was close. Good shower

Decent average hotel. Okay for an overnight transit stop but certainly would not want to stay longer. Good evening meal in the hotel's dining room.

Sound from the corridors carries into the rooms. Woken up at 1am by loud noisy guests arriving. No chairs at all in the room. Breakfast looked uninspiring so we didn't have it. The coffee was terrible and undrinkable. WiFi was okay in lobby but non-existent in the room. The provided login credentials were incorrect.

Very clean comfortable rooms on ground floor, safe parking, staff who spoke English, restaurant opened for us in evening

dirty sheets they switched us room. then at check out forgot something in the room. when went back in beds where already made and blankets folded without putting fresh set for next guest.
