They gave our room to someone else we arrived and had to wait one 1 hour to give us our rooms and they gave us different rooms than what we booked

Great value for the priced paid. The rooms are big and very well equipped. They offer towels, bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion, water bottles, slippers The staff is kind and helped us with everything we needed specially floor InCharge mr Amit and reception mr jad.

Love the location. The rooms are great size and spacious and cleaned. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful from housekeeping staff to front desk Mr. Jad was so helpful.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen war gut. Vom Hotel aus konnte man sehr schnell sowohl das National Aquarium und die Scheich Zayed Moschee mit dem Taxi erreichen.

Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht wirklich gut einstellen; entweder sie läuft recht stark oder man schaltet sie aus. Darüber hinaus sind die Zimmer nicht gut gegen Schall isoliert. Man kann sehr deutlich hören, wenn jemand im Nachbarzimmer das Bad verwendet.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, sin duda. El área de la piscina y el personal de la piscina.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es claramente mejorable. Desayuno poco variado y personal del restaurante malhumorado. Los enchufes de la habitación no funcionaban.

The staff is so kind and helpful in providing all information we needed. They are always smiling, making you feel so welcomed.
