The kitchen came fully equipped, the apartment was clean and the staff were flexible regarding checkin time. The location is great if you want to do some hiking or stargazing in the area. Each unit has its own parking spot

Wifi was really bad, we booked a unit with mountain view and while you could say we did have a mountain view (as we did have it through a smaller window), the panoramic window actually faced another unit. Housekeeping took out the trash and did some cleanup, but didn’t make up the beds (which we found a bit odd). There was also some construction on site and despite being told it’d only get noisy during daytime, you could hear some drilling even at like 10 pm (it’s possible that it was caused by some construction work at other motels in the area and that it was heard here due to wind and whatnot, it’s a bit hard to say). Generally, for the price, we’d at least expect wifi to work flawlessly and for housekeeping to tidy everything up.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to the National Park and restaurant. Breathtaking views. Waking up to a clear blue sky and all the peaks in view on Nov. 7 was an unforgettable experience.

Great location right there where the paths to Mt Aoraki started. Very clean and spacious rooms

There were actually no restaurants or shops open in the village. You could buy something from the motel reception. Better to shop groceries etc i nearby Twizel.

We loved the recommendations from the staff. We had a great time exploring and loved the location. The room was nice and relaxing with great views.

Good location

Paid nearly $400 a night but didn't get a good location for the room that I wish . I wish I can get a room like room number 18-22 that can see mt cook easier .
