Great location when you are a traveller arriving on a late flight, really conveniently close to the airport and the staff were very welcoming despite it being 1.45am. Well appointed, clean and comfortable.

Good views from the room and restaurant

Great hotel at the airport (2 minutes by foot) and you can't hear any plane from the room. The room was very cozy and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We took the bus to city center, the bus station is in front of the hotel. Definitely recommended if you have an early/late flight.

We arrived at the hotel at 2am after our (delayed) flight finally landed and we had cleared customs and immigration. A delightful woman opened the doors for us the moment we entered the hotel vestibule and a friendly young man efficiently confirmed our booking, processed our credit card and handed us the keys. This fabulously located hotel enabled us to push open our hotel room door about 10 minutes after leaving the airport terminal.

The hotel is so convenient to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely and clean.

The person in the room next door was a bit loud - not the hotels fault, but a bit annoying as we had an early flight next morning.

Location and the bar upstairs

Good location for an early flight out in the morning. Room neat and tidy and room configuration good.

We arrived at 1pm accepting that check in is 2pm. None of three rooms available at that time. King suites of which there are quite a few. At 1.30 checked again and one room available. Checked at 2.15 still two unavailable.The implication here is that 2pm check in is ambitious albeit the rule applied. Cleaning staff were cleaning the floor we were staying at but there seems to be no capacity to redirect cleaning to a different room on the same floor to meet a need. And also that there is no capacity to shift a booking for a like room to a different already cleaned like room. Computer says ‘No’. Reception was polite but if working within rules was unable to be helpful or alternatively if flexibility is allowed was not helpful.
