Very friendly staff who helped us with good information. They also organised a special evening for the occasion of valentines day. The food was good as was the the spa.

Reservation is not correct as per booked, booking.com staff try to call did not solve the issue with property. Property does not have responsibilities to solve the problem with requester.

I liked the carpet in the bedroom. Appeared to be clean and of high quality. The staff were friendly but nowhere near as friendly as the staff in bali.

The bed linen had stains / holes. The bathroom tiles moved and water was coming out from underneith them. The a/c was not cold enough. The sink looked like it was not cleaned properly and had shavings still in it when we checked in. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The day bed in one pf pur rooms was covered in stains. The foyer on the room floors was not vacuumed and generally appeared dirty and untidy. The dining room staff were not very attentive and did not make sure everything was topped up eg: milk running out. There was a fork woth jam that had fallen onto the floor. This sat on the ground for the entire time we had breakfast which proved the staff were not walking around checking the service area regularily. The hotel has lots of potential but needs a bit of a makeover and some new linen.
