The location is very nice, very convenient for dinner and for getting to Ile aux Cerfs. There's a small beach in front of it and watching the sunset at the beach with a book is a very nice thing to do at the end of the day.

There's room for improvement when it comes to communication via the Booking.com app. Four days before our arrival, I got an automated message from the property manager saying a late check-in could be arranged. I spent the next 3 days or so trying to get an answer via the Booking.com chat about checking in at 19h, instead of 16h, and it wasn't until 21h on the day before check in that I finally got an answer, after reaching out directly to them on Whatsapp. When I told the person in charge of bookings that I'd lose money having to cancel at the last minute tours I had already booked in the absence of a response, I was told that they could not be blamed for not responding on a timely manner and that a late check-in was a favour (as if they hadn't offered me that in the first place...). Responding on a timely manner is the minimum to be expected for a place that positions itself as a place that tries to provide the best and most personal service to guests. Piece of advice: if you really want to stay in this place, just take the usual check-in hours and avoid all the stress....

The studio room was very clean and tidy. Beautiful modern interior decoration. A peaceful place to just get away from our busy lives and relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the owner Mr. Jocelyn and his wife for their friendly welcoming hospitality, and also to the staff Mr. Warren and Madame Rekha for your kind service 😊

Best weekend getaway ever, so peace and relaxing environment . The staff was exceptional , very good service and good food. The room so tidy and clean. The view was phenomenal with the beach just a few meters. Absolutely amazing place. Totally recommend people you won’t regret it. Thanks Warren and Rekha. Good job 👍🏽
