this property was advertised as two bedrooms for the family townhouse. This is completely misleading. You cannot describe second bedroom as the space which is clearly the living room of a one bedroom apartment. There is no door into the so called second bedroom other than the entry door. Bed was comfortable but the shower was full of mould. The security of the place is over the top in a place like Australia. This was a complete disappointment as the advertisement photos looks nothing like the real thing. We have travel a lot and stayed in different types of accommodations but this is one of the most disappointing accomodations. In my view it is definitely not as advertised as 4 1/2 stars, it is more like 3.

Room was good size and bed was comfortable. It has comfortable chair and pleasant outlook.

Lack of cooking utensils for kitchen. No dishwasher tablets. Tiles in bathroom were cracked over spa . Small towels not face washer. We had to asked for hairdryer and only got it from room service attendant as reception staff failed to deliver it.

You have to throw your own garbage, last customer didn't manage to do this, but stil the staff left the trash in our room. Also no garbage bag provided in the room.

Location is great and the pool is nice. Was great to have air-conditioning in the room too.

Balcony door didn't lock so the screen door was permanently locked and we were unable to the balcony. Dishwasher didn't have any tabs available to use and was tiny, barely fit the plates. Washing machine dryer is insufficient for 2 bedroom place. Layout was odd as there was not enough plates or cups for 4 people and yet there were 2 kitchens. Would have been better to have the second kitchen fitted out as a laundry. Pool area furniture left much to be desired and wasn't very sturdy. Unit that we stayed in had cracks on the walls.

The room was very dirty….. lollies in sofa lounge, dirty sheet on bed, mouldy towel, nut shells in bed and on floor and balcony. Power outage for over 3 hours.

The pictures & reviews are not reflective of the property at all. It was really unclean, run down & not a comfortable stay. The common areas were dirty & the pool was full of rust. For the amount we were paying it was not what we expected. We also were told the credit card machine was broken so although booking through Booking.com originally, that booking got cancelled & we had to pay directly into their account.

The room we booked was not the room advertised and what we expected the property was barely a 2 star ⭐️ we had to pay to get a room that was anything like what we expected and actually booked. We wasted over an hour of our time trying to sort out the situation. The staff at the front desk was dishonest and not helpful and constantly tried to deceive us with lies The property was disgusting run down and in need of cleaning. the pool was disgusting, unclean and filthy. I have taken a number photos of proof of my review that I will be submitting showing the filthy room l, unclean dirty bathroom mould and dust the outdoor pool area absolutely disgusting and filthy this property is grossly false advertised and needs to be reassessed

The rooms were better than we thought. There was a separate kitchen and bathroom in each bedroom (one upstairs and the other downstairs) which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. The place is walking distance from the beach, a supermarket and cafes. The staff were really nice and very helpful. Will definitely be back again!

The only good thing about the property is its location to the beach. You can walk easily. The water pressure was good in the shower and they at least had good quality toilet paper.

The cleanliness of the property needs attention. The room is not as advertised - the photos are misleading. The floors were dirty. The curtains are very old and need replacing. The sheets on our bed had holes in them. The spa bath had jet covers missing making it unusable. The shower needs a good clean and the shower head relaxing - it was falling apart.
