Basic but tasty breakfasts with friendly service. Location was The Best.

Sheets were not changed during our 3-night-stay. We didn’t have a blanket on first night, only sheets. When we told it next morning in reception, room service brought a blanket OVER the bed, but did not but it between sheets. We had to do it ourselves but next day it was taken over the bed again. One night there was lot of noice upstairs, somebody walking there very loudly during more than one hour. Some receptionists might be more friendly. Albergo Mazzanti is highly appreciated place in Verona, but some warmness when contacting the guests would make it more symphaetic and reason to choose this place also next time.

Most perfect location in Verona. In the very center of old town, but in quiet little street. Few minutes from tourist locations (Juliette's house, Romeo's House, shopping street with many designer and brand stores, nice caffes and restaurants, Verona Arena, etc.)

Everything! The location is great, the staff so nice and helpful and willing to do anything for you! The air condition was perfect and the details in the room so nice! The shower was great, even if it was in the bath tub.

Very good position. Strict city center, but in a quiet street. Nice staff especially at the breakfast area. Good continental breakfast with savoury options as well as topical Italian sweet pastries.

The central location to all Verona's hot-spots and must-see places.

Location was superb. Just behind Piazza Dell’ Erbe so right in the thick of things but still quiet. Breakfast was ordinary. It is better to go find a place nearby.

Superb location right in the old city: quiet, but not dead, in its own little alley. Just behind the Piazza delle Erbe, the heart of Verona's alfresco evening dining and also a marketplace by day. Casa Giulietta 5 mins walk, the Arena 10-12 mins, Duomo 10 mins. Unpretentious hotel but very comfortable, not luxurious but more than adequately equipped. That's why it's an Albergo (an Inn), not a Hotel. Very good warm bathrooms with excellent shower pressure and lighting. Marvellous breakfast (there is no restaurant, per se, just the breakfast room - you can't have dinner here) with eggs+bacon, muesli, blood orange juice, yoghourts, delicious Italian pastries, fruit and great coffee (of course). Staff all very friendly and English-speaking, happy to print the reams of paper required for PLFs, boarding passes etc. etc.

There are no views, because it's only two stories. However, you won't spend much time in your room, so it doesn't matter. The pillows are too hard. Reception closes at 10pm (you get a key for hotel re-entry after that time) and the breakfast area is locked at the same time - no matter about that, of course, but the downstairs toilets are behind that locked door ..

The breakfast is fantastic. It is run by a charming lady named Vittoria, who serves a top breakfast to each guest.
