Room seemed clean enough
The room smelt REALLY bad like stale cooking and grease

The lady was nice
Man was grumpy/occupied & room was disgusting toilet I flushed with faeces in it and kitchen was dirty. The beds were also very damp.

Close to restaurants, pubs and fast-food. Kitchen well appointed. Heat pump so cosy or cool. Dated accomodation but well maintained and comfortable. Good value at just over $100

The location was great, very handy to town and shopping. The unit was clean and warm. Check in and out was simple and efficient.

Convenient location close to shop's and 30min walk to Christchurch hospital which is why we stayed there great price for the week and room was ok

Cleanliness. Lots of dust on the skirting boards and in corners where not been cleaned behind doors. Gardens need a good weeding. Pillows were very flat. Very tired and in need of updating. Road noise and curtains not heavy to keep out the light at night.

Not much to like here.Its locality would be the only thing..Price wise it was acceptable but the saying "you get what you pay for" would apply as there seemed no effort to make this place look good .At least the sheets felt crisp & clean.
Very dirty ,we found old food in the fridge & freezer which hadn't been cleaned.The crockery was dusty & still had markings of food scraps on plates The bathroom basin needed replacing,rusty disks by the taps on it .The grounds outside are disgusting, rubbish,dirt Very unkempt gardens.The whole place was very dirty & disappointing .Shame really because being a colonial style building ,it could be made to look stunning .

No smart Tv. Air Conditioning had a bad smell to it. Shower and hand basin water had no force to it.

Cheap, Good Location, nice cleaner.
Parking very crowded, tight and chaotic. . Rooms are rough, with mold growing in the shower. Skip truck came down beside room at 7.30am, was so loud it rumbled the room. No Pepper and Salt or milk.
