Check in was fantastic and friendly. My daughter loved her little koala toiletries bag of goodies she was given. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy.
The restaurant was wonderful. Friendly staff, food was delicious.

We loved our stay.
We were immediately impressed with the standard of facilities. It's warm, inviting, and modern. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was immaculate. We ate breakfast and had drinks and dessert in the bar. Couldn't fault it. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and warm overnight even without the heat pump running , and the room was clean and tidy on my arrival. I had a bar meal in the evening and continental breakfast the next morning, and was very satisfied with both meals.

Spacious apartment, well laid out and well equipped. Clean and tidy. Newly refurbished. Quality bathroom products. Comfortable beds/pillows. Well serviced.

The hotel is conveniently located on upper Papanui Road, so walking to shops/mall turned out to be very practical. The whole complex is clean, well maintained and well presented, and the rooms were the same. Big guest carpark. Caters to tours and groups as well as single travelers. They will shuttle you to the airport if you request. Complex has an attached bar/restaurant and garden bar. I didn't eat there but the menu looked good, so next time.
The room was a good size for single or couple, had a very clean bathroom (shower & bath). The bed mattress was amazingly comfortable. The TV system had movies channels or you could access your own Netflix.
The real gems for this place are the staff. All of them were friendly and incredibly helpful.

Staff were lovely, beds were comfortable. Location is pretty good, about a 40 minute walk to the city centre, but there are plenty of restaurants very near on the same road.
We didn't eat at the restaurant as there were few vegan options and they were more expensive than we were willing to pay.

Unfortunately, during our stay, they were under construction and there was alot of noise. We would love to come back once renovations are finished.

The bar menu said they had Appletons rum and Mount Gay rum, but when we asked for they they didn’t have either.
