The whole accommodation and welcome were excellent

Close to most attractions and love the theme of the house.
We (unfortunately) rely on Wi-Fi for day to day holiday tasks. The wi-fi was a bit unreliable.

The host Francesca could certainly provide other hosts of properties with a lesson in how to host a property. She is an amazing host who could not do enough for us. The property has been in her family for many years and provides lots of character. The pantry and fridge were stocked with so much food we found it impossible to eat it all!
The property is close to railway lines and a road which means it can be a bit noisy at night.

L’appartement est charmant et spacieux, il a beaucoup de caractère. Francesca est absolument charmante, accueillante et pleines de bons conseils pour les lieux à visiter, les itinéraires, le parking de la voiture. Le petit-déjeuner prévu est est gargantuesque et pour tous les goûts.

The appartment was even more beautiful than the pictures. So cozy, clean and decorated with a domestic charm. The host Francesca was so nice to explain everything, from the heritage to the little secrets from the locals (where to eat park, shop and what to see). You can reach city center in just 20 min. (easy walk) or catch a bus/tram which is few minutes away.
When in Firenze we'll definately stay at her place again.

Francesca, the host, was a delight and the house was full of character. There was a ton of food in the fridge and on the counter. We were able to make enough sandwiches for our entire visit! There is a big supermarket close by and a tram (T1) that can take you to Santa Maria Novella and beyond. The house is inside a gated courtyard with its own little porch. There are two kitchens, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a twisty hallway.
The beds were not very comfortable.
The shower in the second bathroom was just a drain and a shower curtain, so water gets all over the floor.
The kitchen was well equipped, but lacked a pot big enough to cook pasta.
There is no living room.
it is noisy with the windows open but not too bad with closed.

Francesca was amazing. She was very kind and patient with us. She put a lot of effort into everything. She recommended us where to go and what to eat and she was always at our disposal.

A great and friendly host. Extremely clean, very well equipped for a longer stay. Air condition worked well to cool down during our 38plus degree visit. An more than just sufficient breakfast which leaves you with things for a noon snack as well. Fresh fruits. All in all really nothing to complain. Thanks for the stay.
Parking is around the corner in a normal living area against pay (20€ p.day). You can risk to not pay and then maybe receive a small penalty. It's a gamble to take. :-). The location is maybe not 100% for families with smaller kids as you need at 15-20 by foot in to the city. The same for all the good restaurants. So something to consider.

The apartment has a unique character and it’s very clean and spacious. Francesca, the owner was very accommodating and helpful and always keep in touch!!!! Highly recommended

The property is spotlessly clean, it's 20 minutes walking from the city centre, is very cozy and has a lot of the Tuscany charm. Francesca, the owner is very nice and helpful and eager to share important information for a turist.
The area where the apartament is located is noisy due to the proximity with 2 railways. Also, the sofa bed in the second bedroom is not very confortable.

Very nice and supportive owners. The apartment is cozy.A lot preapred for breakfast. Walking distance to city center. We spent great time .
Tha apartment is located close to train railways. This cause some noise. However for us it was on aceptable .
