The staff is amazing !! The ambience is good. Food is delicious. They are readily available if we need any assistance. The hotel was very safe. Coming from the state of MP, I didn't feel even a slight discomfort while I was alone on the roof at 1 am.

The AC was not working. One bed even had little bugs on it. Wifi is limited to 2 people only. For the price of rooms, the room and the bathroom are not spacious. But all in all it was a good stay.

Rooms were very much comfortable and Food tasty. Complementary Breakfast was the cherry on Top.

Food prices were in little higher part. Non- veg food have less option. Introduction of Pure Gujrati food may be a Key to entertain to traveller from other states.

Breakfast was decent. Staff at breakfast good.

AC really bad and had to change rooms twice as AC was not working. Flush stopped working at night. No help provided as maintenance is available after 10 am. Pathetic emergency service. Person at reception was insisting on payment of advance saying that it was a new policy but due to poor show of AC and flush did not follow up. All bills settled at checkout.
