Location at harbour

Lacks facilities, decent bar and restaurant, strange opening times for restaurant?? Gym very basic Car parking not the best as awkward going up ramp and very tight spaces

Nice views of Mackay harbour. Restaurant was convenient being on sie

The location on the marina was tremendous. Close walking distance to casual bars and restaurants if you like pub food.

The noise from the hoon cars directly outside our window. Burnouts and crowds! Apparently this is common most nights. Called the police but nothing happened. Very uncomfortable and constantly noisy every night. Perhaps a room facing the water might be better. Too far from town centre so taxi/Ubers are needed ($15-20) each way. Mould in the shower could be cleaned up a little better.

Good value. Scenic location at the Marina.

You need to get a car/taxi to get into town for shopping.

Great get away from work. Great bar on tha water in short walking distance Sails.

The room was very clean neat and well presented. The bed was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Great restaurant close by and a pleasant walk along the walkway overlooking all the harbour. A very pleasant stay.

No designated security parking.
