Location is good, property is accessable by public transport.

The check in was clear and quick which was a relief from our 3 hour journey. The building is set in a quite neighbourhood in Lucerne which made us feel safe plus it was near the Stadium that supposedly plays International matches which was a bonus. The security we felt was like nothing else. The location of the building was perfect since we could easily use the bus transport to get to various parts of Lucerne as it was only a 2 min walk to the bus stop. When we checked in the room was clean and ready for our stay.

The laundry was a shock since they expected us to bring our own detergent and as first-time travellers we did not quite expect that. The wifi was not working on the last day of our stay and we contacted the staff to fix it but they said that it was too late to call someone (it was around 10). The single bed had some or the issue with it, even when I sat on it, it just collapsed so we used the double bed and the sofa bed which sufficed. Apart from these minor issues, the stay was great, the view from the balcony was splendid.

The apartment was beautiful and the buildiing was modern. Location was perfect as well. The issue i faced was that the shower was covered with curtain and when i took shower , in 5 mins the water was all over the floor in the room , due to which i was shocked when i came outside. The area of the room near to the bathroom was flooded with water coming outisde from shower area. I was there for only one night and i arrived quite late at night so i had no chance to inform the owner. Pictures attached.

The apartment has high security. The location is good, 10 mins to the city by bus.

The size of the apartment is too small. It would have been better if it is a 1 bedroom apartment and with dish washer.

Excellent stay.

Very sad for the Year 2023 the price is too high. My parents wanted to stay there but the price was so high they found place in The old city . If the price will be the same I will be very happy to recommend this place for my family and my friends for spend wonderful Hollidays.

fine kitchen

the bed is not fixed enough, low quality. once my mom just sat down on the bed, and the bed suddenly collapsed. lucky my mom didn’t get hurt and the check-in instructions could be clearer, have spent very much time to figure out how all the system (included how to use lift, how to get to the garage room etc.)

properly equipped and well maintained! Very clean and kitchen had all necessary kitchen utensils needed. we stayed in winter and the accommodation was very well insulated and we had a great comfortable stay

nothing much . The single bed provided was not in good shape, kept falling inside when someone was sleeping and moving on the bed. We informed the support staff and they immediately said will look into the issue.

the apartment is just good for family of four. we can cook, sleep comfortably and enjoy our stay since the apartment just around 200m to the Allmend/Messe station

Location is very good. Also free transport is a nice thing! Beds were very good. Wifi is good. Swiss electrical plug available. Coffe available. Good value for money.

Kitchen has very limited space. More kitchen equipment would be nice. Bad smell on hallway. Curtain in bathroom should be replaced. Salt, paper, oil and vinegar missing. Not an expensive thig...

Property is beautiful. Although not at the city center, it was very accessible with bus. Size was very comfortable for 3 people.
