The staff were all fantastic throughout. Breakfast was excellent and the bar area was very comfortable. Location ideal for Colchester City centre.
The bed was awful, very uncomfortable (Room 4). The shower head broke 45 minutes before check out which meant there was no time to rectify this before leaving.

North Hill is an absolute gem. On arrival you are greeted efficiently and in the most friendly manner. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped. Breakfasts are exceptional , as is eating from the a la carte dinner menu. Perfect stay, with the most delightful staff. Will definitely recommend and be back soon.

Perfect location lovely bar area for a drink. The English breakfast was excellent couldn't fault it. Lovely big comfortable bed and the shower was really powerful really happy with the room a perfect stay.
