Vies, schimmelvlekken, smerige lift. Tandpasta dopjes van de 8 voorgaande gasten zaten nog in het putje van de wastafel. Als je de douche gebruikt (geen aanrader) haal dan de wcrol weg want anders wordt deze zeiknat. Doe geen moeite om te zoeken naar een durian, dit is de lucht die in dit gebouw hangt. Het dekbedovertrek de kussens en handdoeken zitten vol met schimmel en/of bruine mysterieuze vlekken. De lift is ontzettend smerig en er zit letterlijk poep aan het plafond en de muur. De enige airco die fatsoenlijk werkt is degene die bij de receptie hangt. Wij hebben deze overnachting geboekt met genuis korting maar erg bijzondere dat dit hotel in het genius programma valt.. Al met al dus GEEN AANRADER!

Plenty of biz nearby! Barber, laundry, workshop/car accessories, clinic, pharmacy, dentist, spa, fastfood, mamak, malay/thai cuisine...well, name it!

A bit far from Klia2. Have to pay grab RM30+30 to and fro airport.

Disappointing

There was a laundromat across the road

Couldn't get any taxis to come in the area early in the morning. Despite the location is near the KLIA, the access is very tricky. Also, there are business next to the hotel that work along the night and the noise was very inconvenient to have a good sleep.

Overnight transit stay for relaxing.

Bed is comfy, food available nearby, staff is friendly.

Room needs proper cleaning. Dust everywhere. Other than dust, generally clean.

Nicely situated. Very near to family mart, kfc, and mamak. Its just out of the door. Also the place feels peaceful, not too crowded and reasonably safe.

The female staff when I checked out was quite the annoying, just that. everything else is fine.

distance to the airport and staff were friendly

cleanliness was very bad, rood floor sticky and dusty, windows cannot be closed properly(noisy), many of room surfaces were found dusty.

Price wise, ok.

They need to give more training to their staff about the hospitality industry. I don't think they know how to greet the guests. The bathroom has no curtains. The shower and toilet bowl are almost at the same place. I asked them for a wake-up call, but no one did. Luckily, I got up on time.

Affordable, basic but accomodating

Staff were nice and helpful, affordable and clean. The hotel is near shops so good if you need something at the last minute.

Booked it thinking it was an airport hotel. However, it was further than I expected from the airport. As I was only having a layover and spending about 8 hours in KL, I probably would have just booked somewhere at the aiport if I knew the area better. Otherwise, the hotel was fine :)

Good for airport transit

Location is very convenient. Have Mamak, 7e, subway, pizza all just around the corner, walking distance.

Wall is thin. Can hear people next door talking.
