It is an amazing stay in the villas. the environment was so peaceful and private. Everything was just greatly matching my expectations. Also, the Hosting Team was so helpful. whenever we needed help they were there in the first place.

Just the details of the cleanness can be improved. also the Room 1 shower water mixer needs to be fixed. we only get cold water or hot water in the shower. hardly have warm water for the shower.

We arrived much later than anticipated due to a delayed flight. Our airport transfer was patient and helpful and delivered us to the Villa. Upon arrival, we were met by staff who carried our luggage in and showed us around the property. Furthermore, the next morning, our chef arrived promptly and made us the most delicious fresh meal. It was sublime!

Nothing, everything was taken care of perfectly and the hosts were very easy to communicate with.

To bed were incredibly uncomfortable. We had to ask for them to put extra padding. However, this still didn’t help and I have now pulled my back after eight nights sleeping on what felt like a prison bed. Also the seating in the main area was not particularly comfortable again with insufficient padding. Towels and sheets were old and worn and for what we were paying at £500 a night really not good enough. Also, as it is at the end of the site, it’s very noisy from local dogs barking at night time and the traffic noise was also bothersome

Price is value for money. The whole villa is maintained very well.

Breakfast was pretty meh, especially the pancakes. It taste so dry n tough. The location was pretty far inside if you intend to walk to nearby Samasta for some food.

I stayed in the Shanti and Alejandra villas with 12 family members for 5 days and 4 nights. The accommodations were lovely. Spacious, luxurious, clean and comfortable.

It was good and nicely presented. Everyone was very accomodating.

The beds could have been a king sized one for all 3 bedrooms and it wasn't as comfortable as I'd like it to be.

It’s hard for me to do this review because we had the most incredible holiday in a stunning villa, but I almost want to keep it a secret so it doesn’t become too popular! :) We were returning guests, it was our second trip to these beautiful villas since Covid. From the warm welcome and smiley faces of the staff, to the design of the villas, the vibe and the location, it is a blissful holiday from start to finish and we are already thinking about our next visit! We stayed in Villa Yasmine this time. It was truly top notch in design… majestic Bali style, we loved the outdoor showers, the pool area was stunning and the outlook onto the jungle below and the cliffs was breathtaking! We made sure we spent many hours enjoying these surroundings. The fridge and pantry were stocked for us beforehand by means of a shopping list sent to Nakula a few days before our arrival. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Ketut, the villa manager and his staff. They are a huge credit to the Nakula management company. The walk to Jimbaran beach is only a few minutes down the driveway. What a great beach, safe for families and the seafood restaurants are fantastic, great value too. A whole range of massage places are close too, as well as Starbucks and the Mövenpick resort next door, where we enjoyed happy hour, a meal and a swim in the resort pool. This was one of our best holidays ever! Terima kasih, Ketut and the lovely staff. We will be back for sure!

The property is a bit tired and needs maintainence to be bought back to 10/10 - little things like doors not sliding properly, some odd smells in one of the bathrooms etc. not uncomfortable but with these improvements it would be much better.

great spacious villa for my family and our friends. we each had our own rooms and it was very comfortable. pool area to relax and nice living area too.

think it needs cappuccino machine in Villa. they don’t leave you with milk and shops are 1 km away. breakfast was lovely but our main manager and cook was only there the first morning and disappeared for rest of stay so breakfast was a bit of a disaster after that!.

Everything was perfect. BUDI was very helpful and he guided us very well during our stay. Very clean and all staff deserves a big thumb up. Location is fabulous, just a stroll to the beach and restaurants. Big like!

Fantastic, we have private chef preparing breakfast for us. The villa was kept clean, very spacious.

Great location and lovely atmosphere, beautiful garden and very nice staff. The villa is close to shops, bars, restaurants, other hotels and the beach - all within walking distance. Comfortable bed and pillows, good water pressure and nice breakfast prepared in the villa.

The villa is in need of fine detailing to maintain its ‘luxury’ description. Some appliance were not working, our room aircon was only just coping and many blinds did not work properly. Our bathrooms and kitchen needed attention to grouting, polishing, taps and cupboards. The living room furniture was not very comfortable and the cushions needed a good clean. The tropics are a harsh environment and frequent careful maintenance is needed to keep things in top condition.
