Pool was dirty everyday. Garbage cans filled up. A ridiculous number of stray cats and kittens roaming around and coming up to people.

There can be more improvement on the jamaican food served. It lacked the flavors I was expecting. I wish the room lighting was much brighter. And the full body mirror was in an awkward position. I was getting ready for a wedding and it would have helped if it was better.

I didn’t like that there was no itinerary of what’s going on at the resort. Also we had an issue with the lobby person when you check in her name was Cora. We wanted a microwave in our room and to get a microwave you have to make sure it’s requested f. when I inquired about a microwave Cora appeared to have a really really nasty attitude that I had to report her to get services. I’m a say all of the other staff was amazing we just had an issue with the front desk person name Cora. Whenwe did report Cora to Guess services I will tell you that management responded right away they were amazing and I did appreciate that.

Plenty of cabanas on the beach so you can get a seat anytime. The restaurants were very good and the coffee bar in the lobby was wonderful. The covid test upon departure was also included and done at the hotel.

I emailed the hotel 1 week in advance for dinner reservations and was told I cannot make reservations until we arrive. Once we arrived it was impossible to get a dinner reservation. We managed to get one “on a cancellation” and the restaurant was less than half full. We spoke with concierge several times and they assured us all tables were booked. We ended up showing up to the restaurants and having to fight for a table when more than half of them were empty every night. It was incredibly frustrating. The buffet restaurant was very average and only the smaller reserved restaurants had quality meals.

The staff was great!.. always with a smile on their faces. The pool with ocean view is amazing. The Coffe shop in the main lobby was a high point!... totally recommend!. The entertaiment team is another high point, always happy and with good vibes!... The lobby bar very good and always with an above average service!

The bar at the pool was not always with a stock of good drinks, and the coctails preparations were a little sloppy. Our "Ocean Front" room was with a rare humidity smell all our stay. If you get theme restaurant reservations for late hours (8:30 - 9:00 pm), we always feel a little bit pressured to finish quickly.

It's the local ppl that you hired that makes the stay Amazing. However, it's hard for them to smile when they make little pay while the guest experience luxury living off of their labor. The world is screwed up. You go to one resort you've been to them all. It's the ppl that make it worthwhile

Breakfast was superb with more than breakfast options as it reached noon. The food tasted great al 5 days we were there. Options included eggs, pancakes, waffles, French toast, yogurt, fruits, natural juices, variations of coffee/cappuccino, cereals, granola, etc. In short, it covered most if not all bases for breakfast. Lunch and dinner was even better!

Not all waiters/waitresses were as attentive as other experiences we've had in other countries. A more positive and friendly energy goes a long way, specially when you are trying to enjoy a getaway from your busy life.

Generally clean, however some of the bathrooms in our rooms were not cleaned properly!!!

It was super Clean! Bug free! Front Desk representative Cora was Excellent getting me the right room. Staff friendly, and beautiful smiles. Food was ok. I’m really picky , I loved all the Restaurants. Everything elce was Excellent!

All room service food was delivered cold. Not Good Food truck on the beach served cold burgers and cold jerk chicken, and that’s a no-no
