The hotel is lovely but in need of an update. The staff are lovely and were very helpful.

Thought the hotel would be in better repair.

Great location. Old house with creaky floor. Bathroom with Gregory’s park view.

The location was perfect and the beds where fine.

The shower was broken. When we ask for it they try to fix it. But it didn't work and they left it broken. A lot was missing in the room like the lightbulbs off the lamp. The bar was closed for the 2 Nights we where there. we asked for a drink and they said it was possible if we would drink it on the room. We took it but got charged a lot for it like it was room service. The manager was rude and said that everything was perfect and we where complaining. An offer charged place, with no bar and no shower.

The location. It's in the heart of the Nuwaraeliya city.

The hotel is in the best location in town, and it was very reasonably priced.

The hotel is very old and is not very well maintained, which is a shame because it is in such a great location. It was acceptable for my first night in town, but I wouldn't want to stay there for a long time.

The breakfast Sri Lankan breakfast not authentic at all Simply the tea could have been better.

Good position for the town centre. Nice colonial building with lovely garden.

The staff were very young and inexperienced. We felt sorry for them. Overpriced for what it was. A tired place.

The bathrooms need to be refurbished.
