The room was fantastic.

The ac wasn’t working in my room.

Love the location and our suite room was big enough for 4 adults. Love the infinity pool and the openness of the lobby with the view of pool and the ocean

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

it is built on the cliff, overseeing the sea and mountains on the side. walking distance to the beach and you can take a walk on the beach and up a hill. service was great. staff tries their very best to assist with your queries. I think a staff called bill kim went above and beyond. rooms were not luxurious but nice enough. every room had a clothes rack to dry your beachwear, small thought but so helpful. breakfast spread is fresh and a great selection. highly recommend this hotel. will return to stay.

There are many positive things about the hotel, I feel the rooms are well designed and the views of the ocean from the rooms are unbeatable. The heated pool was just an added bonus during our trip as temperatures did drop quite a bit at night. It allowed us to swim outdoors even at low temperatures making it really refreshing.

The capacity for breakfast dining was a bit of challenge as there was always a wait during peak hours. The wait for the coffee was also pretty long , maybe it is something that the hotel could look into.

- breakfast opens at 7:30, it s too late (breakfast box for take away not possible if you have to left earlier) - music in the east building till 9:30pm. Even in a 10th floor room you heard the boom boom music all the day, not acceptable

Room and location fantastic. So clean, modern and well catered. No better spot on the beach with walking access.

Not kid friendly in the pool area. Kids weren't allowed to play freely and we were supervised very closely to stay in one end of the pool. Could have communicated this to us upfront rather than making us feel unwelcome in the pool.

Breakfast - Breakfast was great, lots of options including (at time of writing) live stations serving rice noodle soup, lobster and caviar egg Benedict and local seafood bowls. They also have a Barista for coffee as well as self-serve coffee. They also had fresh juice (including custom juice - you can choose the ingredients and they make it in front of you). Food looked fresh and tasted good too. The best breakfast buffet in my whole South Korea trip (stayed in comparable star / priced properties such as Lotte). Room - our room was new and clean and had all the amenities needed. In comparable star/priced properties on my South Korea trip, you had to pay extra for razors and toothbrushes. This is a small point but the plugs are “universal” style so I didn’t need to use my converter and could plug in my UK plugs straight into the sockets. Staff - the staff were nice and friendly and spoke English.

Pool - there are sun beds available but the best seats (e.g. the beds / circle loungers) are “reserved” for the Club level guests. That’s fine if such guests turned up/actually used these beds but every time we went to the pool all of these seats just had the reserve sign without anyone on them the entire time. Perhaps they should allow regular guests to use these (even if an extra cost is charged) until these Club level guests turn up, as it feels a bit off to reserve them all day just for them to sit empty. Food - bear in mind the food is quite pricey within the property. However, you could walk 10-15 minutes outside the hotel to some restaurants (there is also a KFC and McDonalds you could walk to). It would make sense for there to be some more reasonably priced meals available at the all day canteen, given there are other restaurants on the property serving more luxe meals and given the canteen is not really a “fancy” setting the food seems a bit overpriced.

The breakfast selection was outstanding - so many choices. The pool looked lovely (but I live in the tropics so it was too cold for me to go in - saw other people swimming though)

the pillows were not comfy but when asked provided with latex one which was very comfortable, would be good to indicate in the rooms that there are other options, also the slippers' fabrics kept falling off and stuck on the bedspreads

We had a great stay at the Parnas Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful location close to some good restaurants and sights. Tiffany from the reception deserves all the praise, because of her our stay was unforgettable. She was professional, kind and thoughtful and made sure our stay exceeded our expectations. This is the type of staff you would want in each hotel. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and live cooking. The room was one of the best we ever stayed in, beautiful view, clean, spacious and modern. There is a convenient store in the hotel so you have everything you need.

Everything was amazing. The only thing that might be a nice addition is an actual sauna in the wellness area, this is a dry dock now around 42 degrees but an actual sauna would have been nice instead.

beautiful location facing the sea. didn’t know the beautiful pool was warm water. can have lovely walk around. the staff was really nice especially the concierge guy. Parking was easy and just outside the hotel.

maybe too many people? sometimes the front desk does not understand English well, and misunderstood me. my room was a bit far to walk.
