The airport transfer. Both drivers are helpful. We got out of the gate more than an hour late due to delay in immigration clearance. The driver waited for us. The hotel is quite accommodating when we request to keep 1 room for late check out. $10/hr. Prices of food are good value but so are the rest of Brunei. There are couple of small plazas and places to eat within walking distance. Despite the Hari Raya public holiday, we managed to find somewhere open for business.

Mouldy bathroom, mouldy pool, The sheets weren't ironed. The towels are discoloured. I had whiter towels at homestay. No hand towel. Never been to a hotel that didn't provide hand towels and face washers but they provided razors and toothbrushes. Restaurant review: Serving plates chipped and found a sharp 20mm piece of broken plate in my rice. No apologies offered nor waive the charge for the meal. Most of our meals are ok but the beef burger pate was so hard, my daughter ended up eating half the burger without the pate. The fries were cold.

Located quite far from the city center. Large rooms fully equipped, comfortable bed. A small swimming pool in the hotel. Good breakfast buffet (till 10:30). The big plus is the free airport shuttle. Helpful staff offers opportunities to explore the city, transportation, guide, etc.

Cleanliness needs to be improved! Dust in the corners of the room, bathroom not cleaned.

Not the cleanest, bathroom needs work, room was damp, pool was very cloudy, food was limited and not western friendly. Area full of rubbish.

Its near to shopping centre and places of interest. Parking is available ar basement level which is very convenient.

There is a need to do something to the ceiling near the aircond as it seems its mouldy and the room feels dusty. Other than this everything is excellent.

The reception staff were extremely helpful with all my questions and recommendations. They also assisted in organising the airport transfer both ways which made it easier. The location of the hotel is very close to the city centre and there is also a mall opposite the hotel. Room was clean and nice.

The breakfast was not up to standard or worth the money paid. Hotel could have more tour options for short day trips that are more affordable.

swimming pool was not clean enough. when i was swimming, i can smell the smell of puke then i saw ‘something’ in the water. it was gross.

There are ants in the room.. Ard the TV table..

Location was perfect near the airport. Staff members were very helpful.

From the price and services, the value was worth it. The hotel has been my go to for staycation and I was always happy with the service provided. I even got a mini panic when I forgot to bring my phone charger after checking out. They managed to locate it and keep it safe until I went back to collect it.

There were too much magazines for the room size. I saw a few on the table top on the wall but I also found more inside the table near the bed. The menu for the restaurant service were also in dire need for a change. It does not spoiled the mood or my overall stay however, I would like to highlight for your future reference.

Airport pickup. The driver waited even if my flight was late by almost an hour. The vehicle used to pick me up was really suitable for the purpose and quite comfortable.

The hotel did not have power adaptors. I was not able to bring one and my laptop's batteries went dead.
