Camas estaban muy cómodas, las habitaciones bien. Y con A/C .

El baño, En la la regadera se tiraba el agua hacia afuera. El elevador muy pequeño y la comida muy sencilla y el menú no variaba

La posizione abbastanza centrale. Il signore a colazione cordiale e simpatico, ma penso che cambino, perché ultimo giorno c’era un altro a cui interessava solo chiedere la mancia.

Il Wi-Fi 9 volte su 10 non funziona La colazione é monotona e se ti capita un giorno di grande affluenza come l’ultimo del nostro viaggio devi fare la coda per entrare e c’è un casino enorme. Un solo asciugamano viso, anche se eravamo una coppia, uguale i giorni successivi Mancava il bagnoschiuma dovuto chiedere perché al secondo giorno nonostante lasciavamo aperto il dosatore per farglielo capire non lo riempivano, questo denota poca attenzione nel rifacimento della camera, non venivano rimessi the o altro. Si sentono tutti i rumori della strada che anche se poco trafficata si sente tutto. Al calar del sole in zona non c’è niente aperto

Lovely clean room and bathroom, spacious wardrobe, and central location. They had beautiful Christmas decorations and some of the staff spoke English too. Lovely breakfast staff, I had a chat with the cute grandpa about the RBD concert I attended the day before and he started singing one verse, so cuuute!

Breakfast fruits were off, had food poisoning the day I left! Not ideal on a long flight back to London :(

Great location, very friendly staff & high standard. The included breakfast was good with many options (toast, cereals, fruit, eggs, …). We could lock our bags after the check-out and pick them up later. Comfy bed, too.

Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant for dinner, we tried once and it was ok. There are much better options in walking distance.

The location is convenient. The rooms are big and clean. They made a mistake with our booking but upgraded our room without hesitation when they realised their error.

A fridge would have been nice

When we arrived they upgraded our room for us! The bed was luxurious & the room was spotless. Shower had hot water & the tv was a smart tv so could watch Netflix, YouTube etc. the breakfast 2/3 days was great but the 3rd day was cold. Location was superior, 10 minute walk from Palacio de Bellas Artes, 5 minute walk from the metro & so many restaurants and street vendors around. Would stay again if returning to Mexico City.

Breakfast is different every morning. A strong dish and choice of fruit , yogurt , and or cereal. Pastries and coffee. Green juice and orange juice. It has a nice restaurant on a budget and a bar. Nice clean facilities and centrally located. They have bluetooth speakers built in every room with usb connections for your phone. Has an elevator and parking. Free coffee in the lobby and vending machine has beer for after hours.

Restaurant closes early and laundry service was a little high. They allow smoking at the door and it kinda stank when people smoked. Would be nice if there was a smoking area away from entrance.

We had a family room and it was perfect, enough space for our toddler to move around. The location is very convenient if you want to explore the city center area. The breakfast buffet had enough options and the food quality was good.

as everyone states on here the breakfast is amazing. and it was. really looked forward to waking up to a nice meal. the staff was amazing and the facilities were clean

the one thing that really made my stay not as great as I had hoped was the bed. I had a hard time sleeping at night. it was like sleeping on the floor. really uncomfortable

Good value for money, modern, close to the Balderas metro station and the wrestling arena, trustworthy in-house taxi service, good feeling of security, 24-hour front desk, free coffee in the lobby, satisfying and healthy breakfast was included.

Coffee machine in the room is a bit pointless on a ten-day stay if we are only given coffee capsules for the day of arrival :-) The floor should have been vacuumed more often. But these are small details, we really enjoyed our stay!
