The staff were really wonderful. My room was really comfortable and clean. It's a great location too. I would recommend this place to others.

Made up the beds on the first night, Coffee was supplied on both days.

It was to include breakfast package for 2A & 1C for 2 nights. In the breakfast room packs 3 packages of cereals **2 MILK** + 2 pieces of bread + 3 spreads + 1 butter. Thinking the second day, they would realise in a family room with 3 people sleeping in single beds, they would do the math. Nothing was supplied on the next day. Also the bathroom **VENT** above the glass window, the dust was so think, it appeared that it hasn't been cleaned for years & years. Looking at the Electric AirVent was also in need of a good clean.

Friendly staff very helpful - stay here frequently when traveling north to Cairns - clean and good sized rooms - just feels comfortable every time I stay.

Very clean, and quite. Bed and pillows were very comfortable will stay there again. Breakfast was simple but plenty.

Booked in at approx 04.30pm via booking agency, from Bowen, arrived to no arrangements made, another gentleman also having difficulty in getting his key. Near new late arrival key dispenser not working. Arrangements for continental breakfast to be delivered to room, not carried out. Had to ring, via mobile, to follow up next morning, as no reception phone in room. No milk in fridge and so no coffee . When breakfast arrived, no condiments (i.e. jam, honey,) for toast and so left same in fridge. Milk and fruit juices hot due to late arrival. Would appear to be disorganised and operating on a shoe string. Appreciate that times have been difficult for the industry, in general however, more diligence could be applied to keep competitive. External of the property in need of maintenance, (i.e. weed growth, stair repairs etc.,and leaf/grass removal.)

Please please look at getting a larger fridge we paid extra for a upgrade and very disappointing was the fridge size😢
