The very friendly host met us on arrival. Very neat apartment with a wonderful view of Brenton on sea. Easy parking close to main roads, very quite and secure.

Some street noise. When we arrived, the host wasn't too happy with the upgrade that we received through Booking.com - however, I specifically booked this unit for the upgrade I was offered. The host graciously upgraded us, but we felt a bit uncomfortable being in a small feud between the host and Booking.com. Otherwise all good.

The view was awesome and it is a very peaceful setting. You can hear the waves while you sleep, despite being a distance from the beach. The area was clean and we had everything we really needed. The birds calling and the sunsets were gorgeous. The flat has a balcony and there is a braai area should you wish to use it.
A few small things, but nothing bad. The mattress is on the harder side and has linked springs so you feel it whenever your partner shifts. The wash basin has a light blockage and the toilet mechanism is temperamental. I also booked a two bedroom flat but landed up in a unit with only one room available. The fridge was also making "unhappy" noises.
