Wonderful staff, 10 out of 10

Good Location.

Sunil who was the waiter at the restaurant of RiverSide Regency Resort was very Rude and Manner less. I and my friend were staying there for just 3 nights and we requested him to keep our Juices and Cold drinks in the Hotel fridge still the waiter did not listen and argued back and finally did not keep the drinks in Fridge. We have paid a;most 10000 rupees and still Sunil did not have any courtesy to keep our beverages in fridge Not even for few hours .

Find it costly 4958 for days with no breakfast. No drinking water provided in the room. No water was coming from the tap. No welcome kit or any gesture.

They charge a heavy price for the rooms.. but they dont give service. Most specifically the reception people just have answers which are very scripted. The normal rooms are with just a wodden plank and just the bed on it .. there were many people saying on photos it looks diffrent and actual it is diffrent they alao blamed saying they have sent new pics to booking but website doesnt upload.. so not their fault.

I liked the little swimming pool very much and the staff are very nice people. Only bad thing is the unreasonable prices in the associated restaurant. For example, 1 plate egg fried rice is 250/-. You can understand, how much more they pricing. Rest all are good

Worst service and staff. Property maintenance also worst. Total wastage of Money
