the location and stuff

the cleaning (some issues in the toilet), no service after midnight, we asked to serve us with hot tea, the service was unavailable 😩

every think is good.

most of my problem was in the toilet. because that wasn't water. Of course, I know almost many of hotel in kz hasn't but when u see every think is good u think that what is the problem with being the best.

comfy, clean bed. overall good for the money. quite rooms.

outdated shower. carpets look too old and… not very clean.

Location, staff was very professional and helpful. I really liked the fact that they offered a wake up service and made a very generous breakfast box for my flight at 5 am. Very much enjoyed my stay as a single female traveller.

everything was good

Location location location. Very good restaurants just next to it. A water park next to it. An amusement park in front of it. Rooms are of decent size. Breakfast is also decent - nothing special that will surprise you. There was an open space (Like balcony) but I didn use it because it was too hot to use it.

There was no cupboard in the room. Though there was a space to keep clothes but it was little inconvenient.

it was very hot, but then again it was hot in the city in general

Individual air conditioner worked well. Refrigerator. Electric kettle and tea. Very clean. Great location

Older hotel. Needs upgrade. Needs more electric plugs and would be nice to have electric plugs at higher level.

Friendly staff. Central and safe neighborhood, best restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was quite rich with plenty of verities of every dish available. Coffee/ Milk was served on our table without expectation, which indeed have taken us surprised! So Lovely
