Bellissima villetta nelle colline del Chianti. Dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, ben arredata e con una vista dal giardino stupenda. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.

Location was fine. The physical unit itself, the house was nice.

The service and attitude from the owners; the owner was always too busy to handle necessary guidance for us. We needed help turning on the stove because the stove had a gas shut off valve which was turned off, how would we know? Finding things that were stored in unobvious places, and having electricity issues (and not knowing where the electrical panel was located). The first day, someone came to help with the stove, but after that, we only had messages telling us to "look" and left to figure things out by ourselves. There is no air conditioning and they only have 2 regular sized fans, this is unacceptable in a 2 story 3 bedroom house of this size in hot weather , also, no screens on windows and doors so expect mosquito bites. Along with mosquitos, the place had ants. Coffee maker which we had to clean the molded filter takes 1 hour to brew. The iron was broken. Low supply of toiletries. Due to all these issues, we left 1 day earlier than what we paid for. The owners tried to reprimand us for leaving lights on, but outlets and switches are in very odd places. They have a "list" of instructions for the house, but it only has a few unnecessary items on it, and their phone numbers, but once again, they do not want to be bothered.

Lovely location to enjoy the typical view of Tuscany

Check-in was a little stressful and I think there was no reason for it as it could have been more straightforward
