Great flat with a shared roof top, laundry area. Super location, it was very clean and had everything we needed. We were 2 adults + 2 teenagers. The hosts made everything possible to support us during our stay.

The owners were very very friendly but do speak limited English the apartment is quite furnished and if you looking for something specific you'll will most likely find it. Be sure to ask how to access Youtube on the TV for music and movies.

We were there in May. Weather was cold and wet. The apartment was an icebox. Very very very cold. You can ask for a heater ($5 USD per day extra) but unless you're sitting within 1m of it, you won't feel the benefit of it. We took the thick blankets off the spare bed to keep warm in the living room. The other issue is the shower. There is hot water but is related to pressure/ how much you turn it on.. Less pressure more hot water, more pressure less hot water. You have been warned.

Perfect for 4-5 people. Comfortable with great views over cusco. Very safe and secure and good facilities for meals ( we did breakfast and coffees.... Brewed Coffee machine). Host was very responsive and quick to solve problems like when our hot water went off. Host was also happy to store our luggage when we went off to spend a night in Ollyentaytambo

Great location. Very clean. Really helpful hosts. We really liked the kitchen and dining area. Great to have cafetiere, liquidizer, orange juicer. We were really let down by another apartment, who cancelled us at the last minute without warning. Jose and his son Guillermo who manage the apartment are very professional and helpful and totally different to that other apartment owner!

The only thing we found difficult was that it was quite cold, because of the time of year and I think because of its location not heating up from the sun during the day. But how many apartments have heating at this price. Really great place and I thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful large and clean property with a fantastic kitchen.The property is situated in a great area of Cusco and is extremely spacious and with a modern kitchen. The price for what you get is phenomenal and the host Jose is so lovely and helpful. I truly would recommend this property, we came to Cusco on three separate occasions and all three times stayed in this property! Definitely a 10/10!

The family who run the aoartmetsre great: really nice and helpful people who went out of their way to assist with the requirement for steady WiFi connection for work, offering different places to work from including their own private sections of the building. It's a short walk from the centre whilst still being central, not far from el mercado San Pedro and numerous food and drink options, launderettes, etc. If travelling without a need for business requirement internet connection, I would stay there again.

Despite the efforts of the family rebtje WiFi, I ended up having to get a hotel for a four days on addition to the cost of the apartment due to the instability of the connectehen there were more guests that took up bandwidth. This ended up being a hefty, unexpected cost. The shower is better at some times of the day, bad at others: it's worth asking.

Second time staying here. Had the downstairs room which was smaller than upstairs but still had everything you need. Separate own kitchen, comfortable beds and great host. Close to all tourist attractions.

Very generous sized apartment with a fully stocked kitchen which was great for me. The host Jose was incredibly hospitable and made my stay that much comfortable and hassle free. The location is pretty much right in the heart of Cusco tourist area so it's a short walk to all the attractions.

It does get cold so make sure you pack accordingly

He brought us a heater on request although it didn't help much Location is decent, near a supermarket and not far to walk to main square Rooftop has good view although only a couple of plastic stools to sit amongst the laundry Bed blankets were warm

It was freezing cold! We spent most of our time there huddled in bed to keep warm! The apartment, on the ground floor was dark, dingy and had a dirty floor, hairs on the sheets and a cold dark bathroom with a filthy bathmat. I cannot understand the great reviews for this place, unless the other apartments in the building are entirely different It's not really an apartment, just one big room with 3 beds and a kitchen and seperate bathroom There is not a washing machine in every apartment as stated on the booking.com description ( one of the main reasons for us choosing here) Instead, you have to give your clothes to the manager who washes them in the one machine on the roof and then asks you for a tip several times On the subject of this guy, he's an older man who made me feel uncomfortable ( I am in my early 40s and travelling with my husband!) offering me massages, rubbing my shoulders and commenting on something to do with washing my underwear. A lone female or younger one would feel extremely uncomfortable I would imagine
