Need proper hygiene from.the waiters/ servers as some of them had smell.

Convinient for a stop over before moving on. Hotel buildings, layout and location are good. Decent breakfast, helpful staff.

We arrived late due to a delayed flight from Luxor. Our room was dirty and the bed looked like people had been sitting on it. Towels had marks on them and a broke lamp, the fridge was dirty too. I complained and was shown 4 other rooms so picked what seemed the best but none were very appealing for the price I paid. We stayed at guesthouses in Egypt at a 3rd of the price which were cleaner and better presented. The hotel could do with updating, no WiFi in the rooms is crazy in this day and age and is only available in the reception area. You have to ask the reception staff to enter the password and the connection strength is quite weak. This might all be acceptable as a budget option for a beach holiday and maybe there are better rooms but I won't be going back.

The room I was given was right beside the kitchen fans and aircon it was very noisy although they said I would get a deal on a room if I returned.

the service was incredible, the rooms were lovely and always spotless. It’s a nice chilled vibe to go and hangout by the pool. The food was pretty good for the money. The soft drinks were all branded, alcohol was all local but wasn’t bad like I’ve experienced in the past. We were right in the middle of everything and short taxi trips to old town and soho square. Naama bay was walkable.

the shower wasn’t great but functional. however this is a really minor thing and I’m being picky because it was great. we had to get the bus to the beach which was a bit annoying. in the end we paid £5 to go to the beach across the road at the Farous hotel.

Everything! The smiley staff, the well attended garden, the amazing selection and quality of food in the restaurant, clean rooms, helpful receptionists, every night programs, well looked after and heated pool..ect

The only thing i can think of is the wifi.. The only available internet is around the reception area. It isn't too bad, cos people at the pool or in restaurant are chating or reading books, news papers..instead of watching their phones all day

Best price/value proposition hotel in Sharm! We got way more than we actually payed for. The receptionists were extremely helpful, especially Ahmed ElGabery and Taha Elsayed, we got the best room and we could check out late with no extra charges. My kids love Solymar, the minidisco and the show every night with Anastasia and Ilona as moderators. Anytime we come back to Sharm there’s no question where to stay!

The hotel is called naama bay but its not in naama bay , its 30 min away from naama bay, there were no activities, no free trips anywhere , the hotel is not like the pics, not recommended at all

restaurant, pool, shows and staff

There is a transfer to the beach. The place is close to the shopping area (15 minutes walking). The meals are amazing. The restaurant staff is very attentive and caring. The swimming pool is being warmed, so you can swim even in cool weather.

I would like the payment process be clarified. Instead of paying by card I was asked for cash and it caused some inconvenience due to withdrawal restrictions.
