Room was very clean and spacious, AC was working fine, staff were very nice and professional they gave me my requested room and made sure i was satisfied
food was delicious and there were many options, sweets/desert too. Hotel location is close to Soho and old Market (about 10-20 mins with car/microbus).
The hotel shuttle takes you from/to the beach 3 times daily for free, and takes you from/to Soho/Naama bay daily (charged service).
Hotel has very wide green areas and nice inferior decor as well. They do have an aqua park that opens twice a day, as well as a gym and spa, gym access was free, but i think spa/massage aren't.
Definitely staying at Parkland next visit!

The water park was good. The staff at the restaurant were helpful.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance.
The receptionists were unprofessional. The check in took longer than expected. The toilets were not working properly and we had to call the maintenance, who were unable to fix them.
The elevator next to our room wasn't working either, and we were on the second floor, so we had to take the stairs several times a day and I have a weak knee.
One of the workers by the water slides kept making fun of my 9 year old son and said that he was a coward for not getting down one of the slides, until my husband told him off.

Yemekler bizim damak tadımıza uyuyordu. Yemeklerde her hangi bir promlem yoktu. Garson MUhammed elinden geldiğince bizlere yardımcı oldu...
Ses gürültü çoktu. Adeta tememizde gece yarısı tepindiler. Gece gürültüyle yataklardan fırladık. Tartışıyorlarmı ne yapıyorlardı anlamadık gitti. Ve üstüne üstlük bizim üst katta kalanlar adete tepindiler. Üç gecemiz bize işkence oldu. Ve biz resepsiyonda derdimizi hiç anlatamadık. Yada işlerine gelmiyor, anlamak istemiyorlar. Resepsiyonda MAX olmasa hiç anlaşamıyacağız. Benim 6. gelişim Sharm'a ilk defa bir otelden memnun kalmadım. Hatta biz erken çıktık. Dedik ki onlara sabahtan beri, biz akşam onda ayrılacağız. Bizlere 13 kişilik paket hazırlayın. Çünkü bir kahvaltı ve bir gece kalıp öğlen çıkmamaız gerekirken, uçak saatinden dolayı erken ayrıldık. Eğer bir gece fazla kalıp, kahvaltı yapsaydık siz bizden ücret talep edecektiniz. Biz erken çıktık bize ya paket hazırlayın dedik. Kulak arkası yaptılar. Gale bile almadılar. Durup durup kime söylediniz diyorlar. Resepsiyondakilerin hepsine söyledik ama umurlarında olmadık. Bizler bir gecelik ücretimizi ve kahvaltımızı visa kartlarını ödenmesini talep ediyoruz. Otel seçerken daha dikkatli olacağım. Xperience'nin iki oteline gitmiştik. Bu üçüncü otel oldu. İlkinde MİCHEAL çok yardımcı olmuştu. İkincisinde ise MAGDY yardımcı olmuştu. Bunda ise MAX yardımcı oldu. Resepsiyonda otururken kadınlar ve erkekler resepsiyon görevlilerle çok tartıştılar. Önce anlamamıştık. Başımıza gelince bağıranlara hak verdik. The employees are very attentive, George at the reception is very attentive and friendly. rooms are clean. The breakfast is good. anyone can come.

It's a decent hotel for the price. We paid extra for a deluxe room but I don't think we got one so I don't recommend booking this in advance, as we did.
The pool area plays very loud music a lot of the time so bear this in mind if you're the type of person who likes to retire to their room for a siesta. Consider a non pool view room.
It's a 30 minute walk from Naama Bay or a few minutes in a taxi costs LE50. If you're lucky enough to find a micro bus with seats available, this will get you there for LE3.
All the staff were very good and overall we were very happy with the hotel. Special thanks to the pool and bar staff who were excellent and looked after us very well.
The food was repetitive and could have been a bit.warmer but it was still edible. It was on a par with any other all inclusive resorts I've stayed in, both in Egypt and other countries.

I would like to thank engy guest relation she was interested of us and support for us ,Rooms are vey clean and stay was wonderful.Once again I really want to thank Angie, she is a lovely and amazing person, you were always available for our requests and took care of everything. The cleaning staff are amazing and the pool is fun

We wanted to leave our luggage in the luggage room, the staff put our luggage in the glazed room and just locked the room. He didn't give us a luggage tag or anything.
They divide the bracelets All inclusive, into green and red and the difference is with alcohol and non alcohol but if you want to get a bottle of water with a green bracellet, thay says you shold get paid for it.. How come all-inclusive guest must pay for a bottle of water.. this is so funny :)
Since we arrived a few hours before our check-in time, they took extra money from us when we wanted to have breakfast before entering the room.
After checking out, we asked for a drink of water or something from the lobby bar and they said we can't give it.

The pools are big and clean, the water park slides are nice.
The taxi service is excellent and within the market price with new and clean cars.
The location is very good in the heart of Nema Bay.
The breakfast is boring and repeated every day. Check In takes a long time and I had to pay for additional charges for my kids. Very old furniture and the toilet is broken with leakage in the shower box. The room was not a five star hotel standard.

First, I booked an apartment, but it was stinking and the AC did not work. However, after complaining, I got a call from Engy, who is full of support, and we moved to a family room. as well as we had a nice housekeeper named Thomas, who was friendly and supported us during our stay.
The main restaurant should be more organized; there should be someone to guide the guest to the table. However, you need to find the table yourself. In a buffet, they use one handle for three different types of dessert, and you have to wait so long to get the handle. Overall, the hotel and facilities are amazing, but the restaurant services need to be improved.

That the stay ended
Waste of money, I thought it is a five-star hotel as mentioned, but there are insects in the rooms (beetles, spider, ants) even on the upper floors, the bed is not in good condition and got broken, providing the towels with stains, Restaurants and food are poor, not for a five-star hotel, not even for 4 stars, no enough variety of food, the dessert section is not appealing, and fruits are not peeled properly, restaurant seniors don't smile, they don't check the guests if the food is ok, restaurant employee uniform is not clean and not in good condition.
The staff is ignoring the guests.
When you share your feedback with the employees/seniors they don't take them seriously, they will try to give you unconvincing excuses, they shut down the AC in the public areas telling you that it is under maintenance.
They leave the luggage during the check-in and the check-out in the sun claiming that they don't have a luggage room.
If the guests paid your rate, the guests are waiting for the service in return, you feel like the hotel is trying to save money which badly reflects in the service, food, pest control, etc.

Water park, bar staff, lifeguards and animation team - Could not be faulted.
Lack of water 3 out of 7 days. Lack of AC in public bathrooms. Lack of toilet roll in ALL public bathrooms until I complained to reception - it was like they had forgotten about the bathrooms until a complaint was made. I doubt we will visit again.

The staff was very slow to satisfy any request and most of them didn’t speak English. Swimming pool closes early (6pm).
The resort is located far from every main sites.Apartment was not cleaned properly, one A/C was not working, we were 3 people but only 2 towels were provided.
