staff were rude! I was threatened I have a video of the manager on my front door banging saying “fuck the British embassy “ if not resolved I wil not use booking again

No iron and iron table in the rooms and when you asking for that service you have to wait for 2 days ,slow service no wifi in the rooms, no activity, wash rooms needs lots of construction works

Amazing location, Access to the downtown and cornich, Surrounded by restaurants and Cafes and good places for entertainment. Staff are very friendly. Good price for good value. Good facilities and restaurant. Cozy bedroom and clean.

The room is very old need renovation and the cleaning not that good however the airport shuttle from hotel not good and for Wi-Fi they didn’t give you the password you need to give them your device then they will enter the password!!! the value for money is not fair, however from my opinion this is considers as 2 stars hotel not 5, really not recommended.

Hotel was full of Russians and therefore everything was in Russian for them . Children animation songs Russian, 80% of music in hotel beach Russian and generally we felt we were in Russia for vacation . Most and more important is how rude we’re the Russians to all the local staff of the hotel ,skipping food lines on breakfast etc.
