Everything was stellar about the hotel. The breakfast, the ambiance, the staff. I will definitely book a stay in the near future. My best friend and I were thoroughly impressed.

Closed to the airport

The breakfast was definitely a highlight with very attentive and friendly staff. The beds were super comfortable too and you have bbc and some other international news channels as well.

Sauna was not provided, no information about that on the booking page or beforehand. no excuse during check in neither and initially full price was charged. The bathroom had a big damage in the bathtub. no up to date entertainment system. minibar only upon request. front desk staff was not informed about previous communication. The location and hence the view were not very nice. The stay that was supposed to be a celebration was disappointing. I would not stay there again.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable, great indoor pool, and great room service.

Had to pay a huge deposit and couldn’t receive it on the day I checked out, I was told I have to wait between 3 days to 1 week to get the deposit back, it’s been a week now and I’m still waiting.

The air con is set very hot and can’t be adjusted. We understand it’s the middle of winter but the hotel should give guests the option of lowering the temp, and not make it stifling hot.
