The cabin was nice, big lounge suite which is great for a family. Washing machine and dryer was fantastic Tv in main bedroom was good Good size bed and comfy mattress

High ropes course not operating which we were told before staying. Spa water was filthy Pool would have been better if heated then children could enjoy all year round. WIFI terrible!! Could only get service if I sat outside on the balcony and even then it was hit and miss. Also signal on phone no good inside the cabin Jumping pillow not inflated enough, my kids stepped on it and hit the concrete on the bottom. Check out, only needed to hand in key… Waited 10 minutes in reception for staff to walk past me and show a person how to ride a go kart. In the end I just put key in the box out the front for ‘After hours’ key return. On the main road so traffic is noisy early in the morning.

absolutely everything. From how clean our cabin was to how everything for the children was within a minute walk. It was our children’s first holiday and they absolutely had a ball. My husband is very picky and yet he said I did a great job choosing you guys hehe. Beyond happy with our stay.

On our second day we had ants in the dining area. This was bought to the attention or reception and rectified immediately

We liked the layout and the child friendly design of the holiday park we went specifically for the children’s activities for my sons birthday.

We weren’t notified that the high ropes course was closed during our stay. The movie room also did not have a DVD player or access to movie channels, just free to air tv. The air hockey table was broken and unusable. The spa water was green/yellow. Also the oven and tv in our room did not work. It would have been better if the children’s activities were included in the accomodation package; rather than an additional $29 per child for them to use all the facilities. To use the park facilities such as the bikes, mini golf, laser tag and ropes course you had to pay extra.

The beds were very uncomfortable. There wasn’t a remote for the dvd.

Wonderful family park!! My daughter had the best time here. Lots of activities to keep kids occupied. Extra costs were reasonable.

It was all fantastic🙂 room was very cozy lots of activity’s for the children. Staff was helpful and very friendly. A++

My kids liked the small theme park and go carts, I really enjoyed how warm it was when I entered the small cabin I also love the shelter to keep the cars

The price needs to be lowered and the heating pads on the bed, when we don’t use them it is disturbing to sleep on. The coach was a bit old and the TV needs to have more applications like YouTube
