Location (close to some excellent bars and restaurant in the nearby Burbury and Realm Hotels) and short walk to shops and restaurants in Kingston and the lake. Booking in was done online before our arrival and the receptionist who we received our keys from was awesome. Parking was a breeze and entry into and out of the building was easy. Made full use of the kitchen and washing machine.

I thought the shower floor grout could do with a bit of a clean but other than that all the other facilities were to our expectations and we would certainly visit again.

Bed was very uncomfortable

The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were stiff and scratchy. There was also no iron.

Almost everything really! The bed was soooo comfy and the views and location is amazing! Loved the couch and decor around the appartment and loved how it already had everything you need! Eg pots and pans,glasses, dishwasher, washing machine! Really amazing! Hated leaving

The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor when you shower and the shampoo is really really awful for hair, it dried my partner and my hair out completely and tangled it and left it feeling really nasty.

Great view from the apartment. Very great coffee and breakfast.

Incomplete instructions for accessing the carpark. Very little Microwave ware.
