We were shocked when we were informed that breakfast was not included. As a B&B we never considered that breakfast was not included. Especially as a review from a person staying in the same apartment as we did praised the good breakfast. However Kay our host did not disappoint us and provided us with a lovely breakfast. 100 per cent credit to her.

nothing - very clean apartment with everything you need. Initially thought it slightly dated but that was overcome by Kay's hospitality.

Location was perfect for me. Breakfast was exactly what I ordered and was very good.

Kay was such a fantastic host. I was late arriving and she had no problem. Met me at the door with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Loved the little kitchenette to make your own tea and coffee. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was stunning also and just the whole vibe. Will definitely return. Thank you Kay.

The bed was a bit too soft, comfy to sleep in but my back was sore the next morning. It might need to be replaced

The owner really went above and beyond to provide everything from endless food, to advice and just general kind hospitality. For breakfast the poached eggs were the best I have ever had!!! And upon asking I got tips on making my own. The bed was so comfy. I had a single room. It is a single bed. There is enough space to move around and all the needed facilities. The shower was fab. Easy parking. It was convenient for walking to the town and also for driving to nearby locations (such as the beautiful Mahon Falls and Clonea beach). There is a shop right next door. I had a great trip to Waterford and enjoyed my B & B stay. I will be back!

Nothing. Unless you are really nitpicking. It is worth to note the excellent value for money. I am glad I found St Anthony’s!

Location was very good, walking distance to town and also to exits if you want to go out of town. The apartment was well stocked with the basics. Kay was really nice. The town is lovely and well set up for outdoor dining at the moment. Good quality food reasonably priced.

Great location: next door to a handy shop, round the corner from the greenway and only a short walk into town.

A fantastic stay at a great B&B - great welcome, facilities and location.
