Spacious room, great room service, fantastic staff, close to Dubai Mall. The room and stay was overall, pleasant.

Room was not as clean as I had hoped. The AC vents had a lot of dust on them, there was mold in the bathroom and the room itself was showing it's age. I stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago and it was much nicer then, but it has not aged well at all.

First stay at hotel but will definitely revisit. The facilities were excellent and location superb . The shuttle to Dubai mall was very useful and runs every hour . The uniqueness of this Taj lies in its staff . Shekhar the manager downstairs in the British pub , Nilesh the head chef in Miss Tess , Ajay the head chef in Bombay Brasserie and Anurag and Abhishek at breakfast and poolside. These people make the biggest difference to one’s stay . I mention these people especially because the passion and dedication to their work and guests is astounding! It personalised our experience and we felt we had been coming here for years . The cuisine here caters to many palates and delivers on many levels including vegetarians . The Tree house has a magnificent view to unwind in the evening. My wife’s spa therapist Namgay was also very In sync with the kind of therapy she required; one of the best she’s commented. The rooms are a lavish size and very clean . All our previous stays in Dubai ( there’s been at least ten ) have been in other hotels and have never felt like revisiting ANY of them again . This is the only one where we will definitely be staying again!!

On our floor ( 28) there was definitely some smoking going on in rooms . The stench was permeating in the corridors , lift and public places . As does other hotels , No Smoking should , strictly and diligently , be regulated . Smoking has passive consequences and is generally a disliked stench . Most hotels have ‘ Smoking Floors ‘ where guests with same habits stay . Those on No Smoking floors then enjoy clean and safer air . This is the first time we’ve stayed in a hotel of considerable repute where this policy is not enforced and floors are shared .

I can recommend the TAJ Dubai 100%. The staff were very friendly, approachable at all times, helpful and always present without being intrusive. The rooms are large, very clean and have floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the Burj Khalifa. I found it particularly pleasant that there were only a few rooms on each floor, so it was very quiet. The Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall are within walking distance. The breakfast buffet offered what felt like everything from all regions of the world. Thanks to the waitress Camille, it was a very special experience for us every morning, she kept surprising us with different Indian dishes, so that the trip to Dubai was also a culinary trip to India for us at TAJ. Many thanks to all the staff at the Taj who made our stay so special.

We upgraded to a high floor Taj Club room. Views of the Burj Khalifa and we could also see the Water Fountain show. These rooms also give access to smaller breakfast room which was very nice and also had an afternoon tea and a happy hour. The food was fantastic. Pool area was also very nice and well staffed. Staff all over the complex were very friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend and stay again.

The Taj Dubai hotel was not just a place to stay, but an experience that deeply touched us. From the moment we arrived, the reception team welcomed us with warm hospitality that made us feel at home, especially when my wife was unwell and needed rest. Their generosity in anticipating our needs was touching and reminded us of the power of genuine care. During our breakfasts, the restaurant became a space of connection and joy, where our daughter Sofia was treated like a princess and we were guided on a culinary journey through the flavors of India. The attention and concern of the staff for the well-being of our family, even during challenging moments like check-out when my daughter was unwell, left us speechless. More than just a hotel, the Taj Dubai was a sanctuary of hospitality and love, where every interaction, every smile, and every gesture reminded us of the beauty of humanity. We left with hearts full of gratitude and the certainty that we will return, not only for the comfort and luxury of the place, but for the unparalleled warmth we found there. Thank you for teaching us the true meaning of hospitality and for making our stay so incredibly inspiring!

What is not to like about the Taj? The service is impeccable and they consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The hotel room was absolutely beautiful and spotless with the view of the Burj Khalifa being the icing on the cake. Every single staff member I came in contact with were phenomenal and so polite. The breakfast is great and has a large variety of items. I want to give a special shout out to Henry, the security guard on site who assisted me when my taxi driver did not have a working card machine and I didn't have enough dirhams and there was no close ATM. Out of the kindness of his heart without being prompted, provided me with the money to pay the driver once I reached my destination and said I could pay him back whenever I returned. He never even asked for my name or room number! That is above and beyond!! Thank you Henry for your help and kindness to a stranger.

Acomodação muito confortável, café da manhã excelente, localização muito boa e acima de tudo, atendimento do staff do hotel muito bom! muito gentis e amáveis, sempre procurando fazer sua hospedagem melhor! Gostamos muito da festa de Reveillon no restaurante Tree House - boa musica, boa decoração, muito boa comida e bebida de qualidade. Mais uma vez, os garçons e pessoal de atendimento foram os destaques.

The location to the mall and burj khalif was excellent. The staff and friendliness made this a very pleasant stay. It was a shame not more people used the club lounge, to give that more atmosphere. Maybe people are not aware.

Le lit était confortable et la chambre était très grande ce qui est top et vraiment bien équipée.

L’accueil horrible L’hôtesse d’accueil n’a même pas pris le temps de m’expliquer. Elle était tellement focalisée sur le jeune homme à côté qu’elle n avait plus rien à faire de ma personne. Horrible même après le départ du jeune homme elle n’a même pas pris le temps pour me demander si tout était ok. Bref l’accueil horrible et ne prenne pas le temps de vous mettre à l'aise, carte ascenseur merci au revoir! Alors le petit déjeuné c'est horreur absolu, trop de monde et du bruit, il faut attendre pour avoir une place. En gros si vous voulez juste dormir et être au centre c'est ok, mais faut avoir les nerfs solides.

The hairdresser salon. The manager of the hairdresser salon seems to be a white french speaking lady. At the entrance at the salon services she however sent me back to her counter, while she was not busy . One of the male hairdresser refused to treat me ( was ordered to shampoo my hair but he left me for a while on the basin , showing he was reluctant to treat me. A nice asian girl at the counter ,noticed it and embarrassed came then to continue. I felt bad/ humiliated 1/ by the lady owner bad welcome,2/ by the arab hairdresser resistance to treat my hair. I may be black with black hair but my dollards are not black ; they are same as other clients.

The room lacked cleanliness and was extremely noisy. The beds were quite uncomfortable with pillows that felt as thin as a folded t-shirt. Additionally, room 805 had a pervasive mold odor, prompting a room change after midnight.

The breakfast was the best you can have with options to please any palate. The staff were always willing to help trying their best to make your stay memorable. Abhishek(I hope I got his name right) in the breakfast area was exceptional. He always served with a smile and was the perfect example of service at the Taj.

Food was not of a good standard at breakfast was very crowded. Chaotic didn’t enjoy going to breakfast.
