Mosquitoes in garden when you want to sit out before hospital are sore

Good breakfast. If you are looking for a place near de Ospedale San Raffaele then this is great location, otherwise is very far from the city center.

Clean room, good food, great service and staff

Everything! it’s better than the pictures and deserves more than 3 stars, bar was excellent and great value, rooms immaculate and staff friendly, multi lingual accommodating staff. fantastic location, I stayed for the Formula one and access to everything was great! 10/10 would recommend 👍🏻

The place was very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and always happy to help.

We had reservation from 3/9 to 7/9 for 2 people, the staff was not friendly and looked very mean and not helpful. We greeted and they didn’t say anything. But then they were rude to us and not helpful. Staff wasn’t rude only to us but to everyone. On the last day when we went to eat at 9:40, there were a lot pf tables not cleaned yet and the rest of the tables weren’t plated. We only asked the staff for the missing plates and utilities and they ignored us and walked away. Then she came back with the stuff and didn’t plate all the things but sort of threw it on the table. We felt uncomfortable at the moment. We payed for the service, so there’s no reason to be rude to the customers. We will never come back again because of this. I regret not taking a picture of the utilities she threw on the table. She acted as someone who wasn’t raised properly and doesn’t know how to treat people properly.

Breakfast.....verry verry poor. Basicly nothing to eat.

the room and service in general was ok, also breakfast pretty cool. Location as well comfortable with chance of parkign inside the hotel in secured parking

the room was full of extra large mosquitoes spent 2 nights killing them and barely managed to have any sleep . could not understand where they were popping out, i had to kill dozens each night ... even had nightmares about it the few hours i managed to sleep each night ...and it was during the design week so i could not even change the hotel cause busy working
