Once again a great stay, great for our dog as the courtyard is enclosed and she loves it. Location is excellent just a short walk to Weeroona Lake. Quiet at night, so a good nights sleep is definitely on the cards

We went down for a tournament in Bendigo. Great location and extremely pet friendly!!

We found the unit suitable for us and our dog. The lake was in walking distance. Maybe an update of the BBQ would e good with the warmer weather coming. Our stay was most enjoyable with so many things to see and do in Bendigo.

Lovely and quiet with Lake Weeroona across the road. We took our dog with us as there is a fully fenced area at the back of the property. For us it was a perfect location and it had everything you would want, comfy bed, great shower and a very comfortable lounge. We’ll definitely stay at Benstay again.

A wonderful property- comfortable bed, great shower, quiet and peaceful location. Close to beautiful Lake Weerena and lots of dog friendly cafes! We had a great stay with our dogs and hope to stay again.

The property is as described in the narrative, and a great place to stay, and it is within easy walking distance of Lake Weeroona for an extremely pleasant walk with our dogs. Communications with Val & Jim was excellent.Very friendly.

This property was in a good location for us and fairly modern and looked after. It was also stocked with most items that we would need and is a fantastic place for dog friendly accommodation. We did not have our pets with us on this occasion though. The downsides were that we arrived to find the unit still being cleaned and the owner thinking that we were arriving on the following day. Upon checking, our booking was definitely correct. Therefore there was a rush for him to clean the unit while we unloaded the car and waited for him to finish before we could relax and feel comfortable. The other downside was the oppressive humidity during our stay, and with only evaporative air in the unit we spent two days and nights bathed in sweat and very uncomfortable. This may have been an unusual time but if not, the unit would badly need a refrigerated split system. Apart from those two issues we had no further complaints. Our booking was also successfully moved when the dates of our concert changed. It would be great to have a better refund policy but in this instance it wasn’t needed. A good stay and I would visit again once a split system was installed.

This is a very clean and well appointed unit with a garage. Everything you need is supplied. We would highly recommend and hope to return again.

Neat 2 bedroom unit. Listed as dog friendly but you really do have to stay with the dog 100% of the time because the unit is very close to neighbours. Comfortable & has all necessary amenities plus a coffee machine!

This private, well appointed unit is a short scenic stroll to the heart of Bendigo via Lake Weeroona. Access to the creek walking trail is on your doorstep. The bonus of the lockup garage was a very handy addition, allowing us to securely store our trailer while we enjoyed all that Bendigo had to offer.
