Excellent location.
There were ants and the cutlery were dirty

There was almost no warm water, broken kettle and toaster and also ants were there

The studio inside is good, the toilet the second day was not working, the steps on the side which lead to the studio where
very dirty with the birds dirt. The light outside the studio door it is not working, there3fore in the evening you will need a torch or your phone's light.

Good location near beach, marina, restaurant, or if you want to visit and explore the NE part of Cyprus, only few minutes by car to center of town. The host was very helpful ( we couldnt find the apt as we came at dark, helped us turn on heating, always available on the phone -Thank you.
We visited in winter and the appartment is not suitable for that (only one thin blanket). The wifi was catastrofe - works for few minutes then disapears. Outside light on steep stairs didn’t work.

The vicinity to the sea is great.

Silly things such as: broken bathroom handle, broken tile on balcony, broken ironing board.

Definitely no value for money, it should be around €40 a night.

1. Upon arrival called host to ask where is the apartment he was rude & raised his voice at me, G&E Aprtments he told me. 2. The property we were given was not what we booked! 2. Property that we first went to there was a leak from bathroom and water all over the floor , called host, he even asked us if we could switch off the toilet tap as that was a possability for the leak. 3. Next door apatment was available, fridge was not working & it is a disgusting place!! I chose EMILIA 11 STUDIO, as it had a good rating from Booking.Com as I always use booking.com for this reason. This is not Booking.Com's fault but the hosts'.

A few more utensils, and some instructions for using the hob, would be useful.
