It truly is an upmarket residence and the staff in general were very professional helpful and accommodating, to a point... The grounds are stunning and in general the whole place is very well cared for. My accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was very good, though as I guess with most places, it became very repetitive and that was after only three... Cleanliness was excellent and quality of ingredients excellent too. The pool (although I didn't use it) and pool terrace was very good...
The appalling noise that was constant throughout all day Friday and some of Saturday from heavy plant being used on a project of some kind at a neighbouring property. That was known WELL PRIOR to my stay and yet neither the property or booking dot com informed me... Nor was I offered any kind of compensation or refund. The whole purpose of my visit was to relax as I made abundantly clear when I booked and arrived. It spoilt my whole experience significantly, the only bonus was they didn't work on Sunday so that day was relatively peaceful. I asked on arrival if there were any local bar/restaurants to be told no, so I booked to go back into Tavira on Saturday, only to discover that within a couple of hundred metres from Casa Branca was what looked like a perfectly good place for a beer and maybe a snack, alas they didn't open Sunday either. All in all I am not remotely suggesting that the staff at Casa Branca didn't wish me to enjoy my stay, but circumstances made that a fact... A shame really as I had looked forward to it for a considerable time...

Little gem in a paradise garden environment. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Make you feel at home right from the start. Rooms, social areas and pool well kept and clean. Good breakfast, bar service all day, good local restaurant in walking distance.

Pretty much everything. While a few minutes drive from town, it's not an issue if you have a car. The Hotel itself is simple, but very well done. The room was a good size and very clean. It offers everything you need and would expect. The setting however, is what makes it special. It's very quiet and peaceful. Enjoy the stars at night while listening to the sounds of nature. The breakfast is very well done and offers lots of options. Make sure to try the restaurant across and down the road a couple of hundred meters. It's called Luis do Prego. It offers excellent authentic Portuguese dining at very reasonable prices. You won't be disappointed.
The bed was comfortable, but the pillows could be improved. Other than that, we liked everything.

Tranquil location out in the countryside.
Beautiful pool. Staff were a delight and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good and coffee was available from a machine all day. Facilities were spotless.

The room was spacious, bright, comfortable and we had the most wonderful view.
All the staff was so friendly and informative.

Spacious apartment, good shower (you need to be patient as it takes ages for warm water to come through), comfortable bed and private terrace. Lovely continental breakfast which was replenished regularly and unlimited hot drinks throughout the day.
Plenty of secure free parking.
Quiet site, apart from the road noise from the toll road.
There were a lot of flies which we thought maybe due to the small pond in the grounds, as we realised the absence of flies when we moved onto our next accommodation.

Casa Branca was all we had hoped it would be and more - somewhere beautiful and peaceful where we could wind down and relax. The entire hotel is really well kept and clean, the staff are very friendly and approachable, and always happy to help! The breakfast was fabulous and fresh, and you can choose to sit inside or outside to eat. There's just a really nice vibe about the place. The saltwater pool is also great, and so so clean and lovely to swim in.
Our room was wonderful too. Clean, bright, with a really big balcony facing the garden.
The whole place smelt so good as well! Just great all round. Definitely recommend.
The only tiny little thing that I would say was one of the pillows in our room was lumpy. My husband wasn't bothered by it so maybe that's my personal preference! But that's literally the only thing. It was all so great and I would return for sure.

This lovely rural hotel is based just a five minute drive from Tavira and within close proximity to the N22. The room was spacious and very clean with a huge balcony overlooking the lake and onward to the sea. The pool area is lovely and calm with a beautiful salt water pool. The breakfast is of exceptional standard with a great and varied range of healthy options and a gorgeous home baked cake every day. The whole feel of this lovely hotel is serenity and calm.

The breakfast was very good with fresh quality products and you can have it on the breakfast room or outside near the swimming pool.
The swimming pool was great, with perfect solar orientation and as a bonus with salt water.
Both the room and bath room were very spacious and our unit had a marvelous balcony with comfy chairs and sunbeds.
You can park onsite and the whole property is quite nice and very peaceful.
Have to go back, because didn't found anything wrong this time.
Maybe for some people it might be a little way off the nearest city or beach (just 10-20 mins drive) but for us it was great to be away from it all.

We had Room 1 which had a fantastic balcony, with sun beds, reclining seats and also sofa and chair. Lovely breakfast and able to sit outside on terrace. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property, very well kept. Relaxing atmosphere. Nice, spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast. Awesome pool area [towels are provided for free]. Lots of parking spaces. Helpful staff. Short drive to Tavira's center, where you can find lots of restaurants.
Everything was really good. If we were to point out something to be improved it would be the mattress [spring mattress is too soft to our taste and therefore we did not sleep 100% well]. The blackout curtains in the rooms surrounding the pool area do not 100% block the light - maybe the managers could consider having shutters in these rooms [as there are in the main building]. Although the bathroom was spacious, the shower area was small, only big enough for one person at a time.
